Two things that I have picked up along the way, and that I have witnessed to be true: Your friends will want you to do well, but not better then themselves. Once someone meets you, they put you in a box with some labels. As you improve they have trouble changing those labels, it makes them uncomfortable. As you change, you'll need to change your friends as well.

I vouch for this post. I went from good "PUA & good Provider" to "TRP and bad provider" and I get more quality action now that I ever did; thanks in part to TRP but also to the fact that on the surface I don't look like a good provider. That's a good way to put it. Another way is to realize that reality is what it is, reality. To me TRP showed me reality. Each one of us can read about the basic concepts of TRP philosophy and then go out there and see for ourselves, even do some tests to see if the reality presented by TRP is correct or otherwise. And you should really stop thinking that way, you did nothing wrong, quite the opposite you were a great guy to her; she is just the way it is. Move on. Great post. I am in my early 50's and in a similar situation, although my game is not as advanced as yours. Spinning 2 plates, hitting the gym and I have a great body (not just a great body for my age, fuck that); and my business has taken off thanks to my TRP attitude. I am in my early 50's, similar situation, 2 plates: 41 and 36. In the past few years I have had short flings with women in their early to mid 20's. If you hit the gym, and do a decent job with TRP you have whatever choice of age range you want. Personally I am not attracted to anyone older than 45.
