Hi guys, I found this post and wanted to share it because body language is a huge part to everyday life. And if you aren't standing like a confident man you won't have as much success with women. I noticed my results with women changed when I started standing differently.

Hi Guys, I found this article earlier and thought it was great for some of the less experienced guys to read. It doesn't use traditional PUA lingo really but its really good.

Go with the flow and what feels natural. You won't be a sex god your first time.

Don't worry about too much if she is interested. Assume she is into you already and flirting will come with the territory.

Force yourself to do it. That was the only thing that worked for me. I felt uncomfortable at first but then it became natural.

Yeah its pretty much this. I built very little comfort, and her and friends saw me as a player, which I don't really care about. But it does mean she probably doesn't think I'll ever commit. I won't commit but I want her to think that one day I might. I have other plates but I feel bad about being a dick to this one because she's actually a decent girl.

This. I came in to mention AIs. Depending on the AI, they can really kill your estrogen levels. That can be good and bad.

I used to be like this because I didn't lose my virginity until I was 20. I found TRP at 19 and started improving myself both looks wise and working harder in school. I agree that its difficult to get women out of your mind when you've never had one. But even after getting laid, you still think about women a lot Maybe more often. Personally, I think improving my looks helped me the most. Here's a good article for improving your looks as a man. Anyway, I think it really comes down to the way you …

Yeah she is likely a party slut, the first time we slept together she pulled the whole "how many girls have you been with?" knowing a little TRP, I said "Thousands, how about you?" She told me 6 guys but the real number is probably more than that knowing 20 y/o women nowadays. So here's a question, do I keep trying to escalate if I ever try sober again? I feel like women nowadays will think thats "rape"

I told her to come to my apartment, essentially a "netflix and chill"

Some of them were definitely shit tests but true maybe some IOIs. Do you know of any books or articles on the social dynamics of women in groups and how they behave? That's honestly something that would really interest me.

Here is a good article on alcohol and fitness. Tl:dr its okay to drink in moderation. plus the post explains ways to stay lean even though you are drinking.

Nice post. I hope I'm wrong but I feel like it will be difficult to find an attractive woman nowadays who doesn't have a high N count.

I wouldn't use that. I often used, "What are doing tonight?" or "I'm free tomorrow at 8, lets do "insert activity" Some guys on here will say you shouldn't ask for permission or when she's free but I don't agree with that all the time.

How often do guys with really good looks/high SMV get approached first? I read somewhere that they don't get approached at all because they intimidate women. All the women do is give them a look so they know to approach.

First things first, don't blame porn for your problems. If you're a virgin your probably not out there trying and actually talking to women. But if its something you really want to stop anyway remember it will take time. I liked this post, 15 benefits of quitting porn. I don't know if all of those benefits were real but they definitely could be. Hey if things are really out of control lock up your computer and prevent yourself from actually doing it.

You know what's strange is I've never had this problem. My problem was I would get nervous only around girls I had fantasized about and actually cared for. But like people say, you need to expose yourself to these really attractive women in order to get over that fear of talking to them. So at first maybe just strike up a convo with one without the intention of getting laid. After doing that a few times it will seem easier. Most really attractive women I've had long convos with were actually rea…

Okay so here's a question for you then. She seems very attracted to me physically... are there girls who are very attracted to you out there but don't want to date for some reason? She's single which is why its confusing to me.

I've never been that direct but I could give it a shot. I know that I'd have trouble saying that in front of a bunch of people. I've noticed women tend to look for the group's approval first.

I completely agree with that but its so much easier said than done.

The thing is that she did try to reschedule the first time but didnt the second. Then i didnt text her for a week thinking she was a lost cause, and out of the blue she invitied me to a party at her house. And yeah I guess you could say I have a little oneitis but only because she's my type and really into fitness like me.

No she doesnt have a boyfriend. She's single. And we did make out just not at her party.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
