Guy beats up accused rapist of his friend, has no proof but still receives praise.I've been in this situation myself. A girl I didn't really know told me and her guy friend that she was raped by one of my closest friends. Things were about to get nasty when she finally fessed up. She almost had me attacking a really good friend for no reason. I should have thought it out a little more at the time. Lesson learned. | /r/MensRights | 10/01/12 08:08 PM

Just in case you were thinking about getting married...He's counter suing because she isn't giving back the $45,000 engagement ring. (protip: don't spend that munch on a ring) My roommate was dumped by his finance one month before the wedding and no one seemed to care. I just happened to have a room empty and it worked out or he would have been out on his ass. At least he got the ring back. | /r/MensRights | 16/03/11 01:40 AM
Are most relationships with women really like this? You sound like you have a good head on your shoulders and are mature (or have matured) and, perhaps, lucky. I have been on both sides of the coin personally, and even now that I am in a wonderful relationship where I don't have an ounce to complain about, and still see the abuse of males around me. I have several co-workers, friends and family that are perfect examples to just how bad it can get. I've taken women's studies courses and have volunteered at women's battered shelters. I feel like I … | /r/MensRights | 16/02/11 06:43 PM
Disturbing trends on reddit; A lot of guys are drinking the feminist koolaid in regards to male circumcision.I'd say semi-regretful, but not really. It's more of just a statement. I don't think she knows to what extent I am scared. | /r/MensRights | 27/01/11 09:46 PM
Disturbing trends on reddit; A lot of guys are drinking the feminist koolaid in regards to male circumcision. You are a lucky one then. See my above post, but just because you don't remember it doesn't mean its okay. Imagine yourself with a newborn son...one day it might happen you you'll be responsible for making a decision that could change his life. | /r/MensRights | 27/01/11 04:58 PM
Disturbing trends on reddit; A lot of guys are drinking the feminist koolaid in regards to male circumcision.I am circumcised; also not religious. I have a hole under my penis in what is left of my foreskin. That is not supposed to be there, and I'm sure without proper hygiene, would lead to increased risk of infection and possibly STI's. My mom still tells stories about how my scream was heard throughout the entire hospital when I was circumcised. I'm a long time lurker of r/mensrights, but I had to post here now. I can't believe anyone would be ok with this. Would you want your little boy to go throu… | /r/MensRights | 27/01/11 04:54 PM
Why Marriage Is Never Coming BackI would if I could; I'm saying I can't. There isn't anything I can do. Has anyone had a discussion with women to find their reasons for getting married? From my experience it just seems like the normal thing to do. Women in their late twenties are considered odd if not married. Children are expected soon after. | /r/MensRights | 28/09/10 06:51 PM
Why Marriage Is Never Coming BackCompanionship? Sex? Tax breaks? Help with finances? I'm not sure why I should get married anymore and this guy seems to cover it. I love the girl I'm dating currently, and everything looks like we're headed towards a future together but I keep asking myself; How do I make this girl happy? I can't and I won't. Why do I keep doing things she wants to do and I don't? Why do I feel the need to pay for everything when she makes probably double what I make? I'm not so sure marriage is coming back eith… | /r/MensRights | 28/09/10 05:22 PM

You are not a princess! 25 points for women and men to considerIt can be easily masked. I used to date a "princess" and even called her that jokingly at times. She was still in school, was a few years older and had just graduated. Since I had a real (low paying) job and she was a poor student, I paid for everything. She had to have a few vacations each year... and her parents moved from NC to FL and I ether had to cough up plane ticket money for myself or take time off and drive her because "I wasn't serious about her" if I didn't go visit her mom once a ye… | /r/MensRights | 06/01/10 03:12 PM

We constantly hear how women are treated badly, but you guys get the shit end of the stick a lot also... I'm sick of the battle of the sexes.Thank you for the very kind and gracious words. I ended up being one of two males in a women's studies class a few years ago and the professor constantly asked me a male's opinion. It was a very rewarding experience being in that class, and I think I made a good impression with some of my classmates. I certainly learned a lot. Most people forget that there are things going against us all...it's not limited to women or minorities. | /r/MensRights | 26/09/09 04:49 PM
