I was actually having a convo about this w my friends earlier. Does the person have to be 18+ to be considered a pedophile and legal actions to be taken. Cus if both of them were to have sex. Would anyone face legal repercussions since the girl is 17. We focused solely on the legal side cus everyone would have a different morality w respect to how much of an age difference is acceptable when both people are minors
