I wouldn’t be friends with a man who cheats on his wife. You’re just exposing the moral bankruptcy and double standards of feminist women.

That’s called lying by omission.

It’s wild how many women in this thread are saying they have multiple friends who cheat on their husbands. I would not be friends with a man who cheats on his wife.

The fact that you’re friends with multiple people who cheat on their spouses says a lot about you as a person.

A liberal woman will cheat on you and convince herself she was right to do it because you were mansplaining or whatever. It’s dangerous to date someone who resents you.

It’s not selfish to say that you should be responsible for your own decisions. It’s selfish to make other people pay for what you want in life. If you can’t afford childcare and don’t want to stay home, don’t have kids.

Why should I, as a childless person, have to pay for your decision to have children? You want to impose a tax burden on me so that you can enjoy a privilege that I can’t? You should take responsibility for your own life.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/25 08:11 AM

It’s a red flag in women too. A leftist woman will not care for your family or your home.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 03:37 PM

Women like masculine, successful men. Leftist ideology teaches men that masculinity is toxic, that wealth and power is exploitation, and that male sexuality is predatory. If you internalize those beliefs about yourself you will not flourish, and any woman that wants that for you won’t help you flourish either.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 03:28 PM

Notice that you’re only conservative in terms of what men are supposed to do for you, with no mention of any obligation you have towards men. In other words you are a feminist.

It worked fine for me and I’m dumb as fuck, so I can’t imagine how retarded you’d have to be to ruin your finances over a student loan. My guess is you don’t actually have any experience with this and it’s just your excuse for not getting a degree.

Who’s going bankrupt over a student loan? The monthly payment is like $200. Just study something actually useful, at a normal school, in a reasonable amount of time. Then go find a job. They even give you a grace period after you graduate so you can do that. Usury lol, are you Amish or something? If you think financial instruments are the Devil just say that.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/25 12:54 PM

People who won’t go to college because of debt just don’t understand finance. You won’t take a $50k loan for something that increases your earning potential for the rest of your life, but you’ll take out $50k to buy a car that depreciates in value and has double the interest rate. Subsidized student loans are like the cheapest loans available to the average person.

I’m pretty sure it’s not only “socially frowned upon” but in fact a serious crime to drag someone from their car and assault them, man or woman. Much like with so-called “rape culture,” I will never understand how people get it in their heads and that our culture condones something that’s been illegal since the dawn of time.

And I thought feminists were opposed to gender roles. If men have to pay for women then what do women have to do for men?

Whatever dude. Go be a male feminist somewhere else. Post about on twoX so they can tell you what a nice little fella you are.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/24 03:03 AM

You have yet to tell us what standards women are supposed to be held to besides saying please and thank you lol. If you think I’m going to be a piggybank for some entitled feminazi just because you said I’m not a “real man” (boohoo) then you’re mistaken. I’d rather have my money and my dignity. Hopefully you will get picked though lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/24 01:29 AM
1

You might as well be a feminist since you love telling men what to do for the benefit of women, and shaming them if they don’t comply with the female imperative. If you were actually red pilled you’d know that men can do whatever they want and don’t have to be “chivalrous” to a bunch of deadbeat women who will never return the favor. Your “conservative values” (that conveniently only apply to men) just make you a cuck from a different direction.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/24 01:09 AM

Now you’re just being obtuse. You’re welcome to try again with an actual argument if you’d like.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/24 12:48 AM

It’s just a meal… it’s just a couple of dollars. Then she should have no problem paying for it herself. It shows you care. Then her not paying shows me she doesn’t care. That’s what real men do. Then what do real women do? That’s the question you can’t seem to answer. You’re more than comfortable listing all these things men have to do, but your feminist programming won’t allow you to say that women are obligated to do anything. Seems this “real man” has been well trained.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/24 12:26 AM
1

Not paying for anything is how I vet women. If she doesn’t see me as an ATM then why would it bother her to buy her own drink?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 10:45 PM
1

If I’ve been led to believe that then it was by feminists themselves, who make no secret of their hatred for men. Do you expect me to believe that the people who say I’m worse than a bear really want what’s best for me? Feminism is just a hate movement.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 10:14 PM

In other words just live life on easy mode and get free stuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 08:37 PM

If men have to pay for women to “be a man” then what do women have to do for men to “be a woman?”
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 08:30 PM
2

Men should do this and men should be that, but what should women do? It seems that men get obligations while women just get privileges. Tell me one thing that women are obligated to do for men. Otherwise just change your flair to blue pill, male feminist.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 08:10 PM
1

It is symbolic because she would not do the same for you, because you are a man and she is a woman. At most a woman will split with you but she will never pay more than her share like a man would. Thus when you pay her way you are implicitly affirming that there are things you are expected to do simply because you’re a man, and that you’re willing to do them. If you concede to sexism in one area she will expect it in others.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 07:56 PM
1

If a man not wanting to buy two drinks means he’s not “financially literate” then what does it mean when a woman doesn’t want to buy one?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 07:45 PM
5

It might seem like a small purchase and thus a non-issue, but symbolically it sets the precedent that you will be the provider in the (potential) relationship. If you pay on the first date then you will be expected to pay on the second and hundredth.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 07:32 PM
1

Feminists don’t care about those issues. They want gender roles for men but not for themselves. At least with conservative women they understand that there are expectations on them as well. Liberal women just want all the privileges with none of the responsibilities. They expect you to be a high earner, provider, masculine, assertive, lean and muscular, but if you expect anything in return then you’re a misogynist. Even if you ask nothing of her she probably just resents you for being a man anyw…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 07:25 PM

Why are feminists idealists when talking about women and what they can do but suddenly turn into hard-nosed realists when they talk about men?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/24 04:01 AM
0

I didn’t say the studies were fabricated, I said they were self-reported and therefore unreliable. Ask three roommates how much of the housework they do and see if it adds up to 100%. Everyone thinks they do more than everyone else, especially entitled people with a persecution complex, ie feminists.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/24 08:00 AM
-5

Because it’s self-reported data and women exaggerate the share of work they do around the house. It’s very important for feminist women to believe they’re being persecuted, so when they do half the work they convince themselves they’re doing all of it. Do you seriously believe that western men under 40 aren’t taking care of the home? Most of the time they’re both providing for the family AND taking care of the home.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 05:50 PM
-2

Women still expect men to earn more, pay for them, and be providers, but they’re not expected to take care of the house or perform any other part of the feminine gender role.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/24 07:39 AM

Doesn’t have to be sex, just any obligation that women have towards men in a relationship. If men have to provide for women then surely there’s something women have to do for men?

Actually it’s not surprising to me that feminists are drawn to communism since both are authoritarian ideologies, and the socialist elements in our society are built to take money from men who work and give it to women who don’t. Men carry a larger portion of the tax burden while women receive the majority of the social welfare (despite men suffering worse poverty and homelessness). It makes sense that you would want to take that society to its extreme to squeeze more labor out of men. Thankfull…
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 08:04 PM

Men have to devote their lives to chasing money and earning as much as possible to be considered respectable and lovable, even by their own families. Women have to wear a little makeup to get their pretty privilege.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 07:57 PM
1

Honestly I don’t really need a good argument against communism since it proved itself wrong decades ago. I just think it’s funny that people still cling onto it. The dream of forcing other people to do work for you still seems to attract people to authoritarian ideologies.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 07:55 PM

Have you been frozen in ice for a hundred years? Men are expected to take care of the home now too, and have higher paying jobs, and be the one who pays. If you said you expect a woman to cook and clean for you, people would think you were some kind of misogynist. And if you said you expect a woman to provide for you financially, treat you to dinner, and buy you expensive things, people would think you’re just insane. So you see, it’s actually men who are expected to fulfill both gender roles. W…

You said that men can just not be providers if they don’t want to, but when I said that you can just not wear makeup you just started crying about the invisible chains of patriarchy. Lol. Men have to dedicate their lives to chasing money and earning as much as possible to be considered lovable. Your biggest complaint is that you have to wear makeup to get special treatment for being pretty. You know that men don’t get any “social capital” for being attractive, right? Even at your ugliest you’ll …

Male feminists believe they have to be providers, but wouldn’t dare expect a reciprocal gender role since that would be sexist. See the men above in this thread.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 07:25 PM

Maybe in the 1950s they were expected to be homemakers, but that was 70 years ago. Why has the expectation for women to be homemakers gone away but men are still expected to be providers?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 07:21 PM

If he pays for one bill and then you split the next then he pays 75% and you pay 25%, assuming they’re the same amount.

It’s incredible how quickly feminists turn into social darwinists as soon as the discussion is about men’s gender roles. Women can do anything and be anything and have no obligations but men just have to work and provide because nature says so.

That woman didn’t “have it in her to be heroic” either. There’s nothing heroic about demanding someone fight another person on your behalf. You just have Women Are Wonderful Effect something fierce and you are mentally incapable of accepting that a woman could do something wrong. It’s really sad what feminism does to the male psyche.

If her boyfriend is obligated to rescue her from that bad situation, then she’s putting him at risk too, not just herself. Putting someone at risk shows that you don’t love them. Therefore she doesn’t love her boyfriend. And by the way, since we’re all talking so much about the obligations that men have towards women, I’m still waiting for someone to tell me what reciprocating obligations women have towards men. No one can seem to answer that for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 08:31 PM

Masculinity only when it serves them, not when it means standing up to them. Beating someone up would be toxic masculinity unless a woman told you to do it, in which case it would be toxically masculine to not do what they say.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 07:20 PM

I would lose attraction to a woman who was drunkenly picking fights with men outside the bar, so her attraction to me wouldn’t be worth much.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 07:16 PM

Then she showed that she doesn’t love him by putting him in a dangerous situation. She’s the one who failed to protect him.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 06:56 PM
2

Yet somehow this situation warrants a discussion about how men are all so terrible. No mention of the other women who stood on the sidelines.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 05:53 PM
2

Go back into the bar? Call the police? I have to imagine that modern society offers at least a dozen ways to get home that don’t involve yanking a man out of a car seat. But I suppose if your man is doing your fighting for you then you don’t have to worry about the risks.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 05:51 PM
1

And why exactly is that such an outrage to you? Do you believe it to be “men’s work?”
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 05:22 PM
2

Or the woman could just leave the car and call a new one? I’m not sure why this is so hard for you to picture. Probably because you think it’s not fair and you believe violence and risk is acceptable when you feel that someone’s been unfair to you. And by the way, if men have this obligation to you, I’d be curious to know what reciprocal obligation you have towards men? Or is this another one of those things that only goes one way?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 05:13 PM
2

It doesn’t matter. If you can leave the situation safely then you do that. Just because it would be inconvenient to walk away and hail a cab from somewhere else doesn’t mean you can use violence to solve your problems. Or in this case, someone else’s violence, which you seem to think you’re entitled to.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 05:08 PM
2

If he does something violent then you can respond with reasonable violence. Otherwise it’s assault. I’m sorry you never learned that pushing and shoving people isn’t a solution to your problems. Perhaps we need to be teaching this lesson to girls as much as we do for boys.

I really hate this feminist society where men are expected to live up to some bullshit gender role but women aren’t. They are all such hypocrites. They say they’re against gender roles and toxic masculinity, but if you don’t live up to YOUR gender roles in a way that serves them then you are “emasculated” in their eyes. I guess a society where men have to do things for you but you have no reciprocal obligations to them must be a pretty sweet deal. Pretty rotten deal for us, though. And how is it…

Why should a man perform unpaid protection services for you? I’m not a knight in shining armor, I’m just Some Guy and I bleed as easily as you do. As you say men will only protect you if they’re paid bouncers, so if you want that service then hire a bodyguard or choose to patronize venues that staff a lot of security. I don’t see why anyone should be expected to do that risky work for free. Leaving the use of force to the professionals is better and safer for everyone anyways, and I don’t care i…

A guy getting into a car doesn’t mean that a woman is moments away from being raped. She can just leave the car and order a new one. We’re not talking about saving a woman from being raped, we’re talking about saving a woman from being inconvenienced. Using force in this situation just escalates the danger to everyone involved, but women feel entitled to deploy a man’s violence to solve even a minor unfairness or inconvenience.

Somehow all the other women bystanders are blameless in this situation, and only the men are expected to intervene.

Except she can just leave the taxi and call another one. That would be unfair and inconvenient for her, but unfair and inconvenient don’t justify using force.

She makes it sound like the guy getting into the car is an immediate threat to the woman. Not so since she can just leave the car and order another one. Really it’s an inconvenience. You’re expected to risk your life over a woman being inconvenienced.

Talking about your husband’s personal issues from a place of empathy isn’t the same thing as ridiculing him for being “broke.” You’re describing a different context so it’s not relevant. It is interesting though that you saw me talking about women who humiliate their husbands and assumed that meant you. I would encourage you to reflect on that.

You should show him your comments about his income then. I’m sure he’d be really touched by this act of love and devotion.

Maybe you love and desire him, but do you respect him? Personally I would not want my wife telling people how short and broke I am, but I suppose that’s just a product of my own toxic masculinity. If we are going to be living in a feminist world then I suppose men should just get used to that kind of treatment. Besides, what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him.

It’s just a pattern I’ve noticed on this subreddit where feminists feel the need to humiliate their husbands behind their backs. I’m not sure you’re making the point you think you are when you do that.

Does this husband of yours know that you’re telling everyone online how short and broke he is?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/24 07:36 PM

You sure have a lot of opinions about what women think about each other and do among themselves. Seems unnatural.

Why would it matter how much she makes if she still expects me to pay for everything?

You so desperately need it to be the men’s fault. Somehow, some way, women’s bad behavior must always be caused by sexist men. Women can do no evil.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
