1	Can someone just give me the first step after a break up. Hey man you're right about the first time. That was two years ago and I was in the dumps for about 6 months. This is easier but I still can't gather momentum to approach women. It's only been 12 hours but shit how do you just force yourself? Fake it Til you make it. 1	Can someone just give me the first step after a break up. This is good. I just know from the past with the anxiety that comes from breaks that I have like zero motivation to approach women for a while. It's what I know would be good. So hard to find the motivation the first days into a break up. This is new territory because Ive only been let go before. I hope there wasn't another guy involved.
