I'm not sure if this is quite the right place to put this, but as someone who is very into fitness, health, etc, I want to put good information out there for people to see. Your statement about not losing weight possibly due to muscle gain reminded me of a pretty important idea: Worry less about the scale and more about the mirror and your waist/hip measurements. The scale numbers matter, but not as much as you might think. Here is an article on the average ideal waist:hip, waist:chest, and BMI …

You mentioned that it got worse after getting off the pill. Maybe going back on it will help. The reality is that high testosterone + no sex = straying eye. There's a reason male occasional infidelity by powerful men has been overlooked for most of history, and that's because the exact traits that lead to men becoming powerful (high capability + high test) lead to infidelity. You have both the opportunity and desire (at least on some level) to cheat. You can possibly make life easier on yourself…

Yup, thus "I agree". I just spoke the implication out loud to elaborate on my agreement.

I don't have any good advice to offer, but I keep seeing people say you "can't choose". People do realize that sex selection via IVF is a thing, right? Preimplantation genetic diagnosis? PGD? You can also screen for all kinds of potential childhood defects. It costs 10k-20k IIRC but it can aid a lot in family planning and avoiding genetic problems.

My husband knows I don't want to work for at least the first few years of their life but... honestly? I feel guilty. I would be relieved if I didn't feel the pressure of a career. As a man with fairly strong provider instincts, I certainly hope my future baby momma won't feel the pressure of a career. In reality, careers suck and are mostly about making other people rich. Family, though -- family matters and is generally more fulfilling. Your career will never care about you. Make a decent choic…

I agree, albeit hesitantly. The reality is that this "fighting fire with fire" thing is exactly the justification feminists use for a lot of their shittier, underhanded tactics. My emotional reaction is, "give these SJWs a taste of their own medicine". But...An eye for an eye leaves everyone blind. I think it's important to maintain the moral high ground until your opponent goes too far. Until then, just stay ready to deliver the killing blow.

There's a "red flag" and then there's a "turnoff". For me, some of those red flags are turn ons because they scream "will outright mutilate myself for attention", aka, fun in bed. OTOH, I also know "will mutilate myself for attention" means she will never be satisfied with one man's attention and depends on cheap thrills as a coping mechanism, and probably lacks a future time orientation. In other words, she'll be shit as an LTR.

Can't wait to get out of this city. It's seriously about 75% of the young female population with decent bodies here. I don't think I've fucked a girl in this city without piercings or tattoos in about 6 months now.

this guy is attempting to signal to this girl that he is of high value and has other options Or maybe he's just high value and has other options and isn't putting up with her shit. This "attempting to signal thing" is mostly for people just realizing they could potentially have a ballsack.

I went from 165 to 190 lbs in 3 months. It is not pure cut muscle but I look and feel way better. Don't listen to this man's advice. I did this once. It was a horrible idea. Trust me. Wasted probably 6-9 months in total over 2 years fixing the extra fat and bad habits. Go slower. Gain lean muscle. 0.5lb/week is a respectable rate and probably has quite a bit of fat, anyway.

This isn't really an actionable question; it sounds like you're coming from the frame of pity partying. Ask yourself, "What would I do even if I knew the answer to this question?" What would it change for you?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
