There's nothing illegal about a community or app made for women, or men, and I see no problem with it. The person calling themselves a man hater is pathetic and small, but the overall premise of the app is fine. It's not "hateful" to exclude men from a private group, just like its not hateful to exclude women from a private group.

To prove liability in those cases, among the burden of proof is that the person was "visibly intoxicated" when the bar served them alcohol. So I guess if you want to translate liability here, the person would have to be "visibly underaged", and that's... much more complicated.

Placing burdensome regulations on clinics is bullshit, and you know it. There is one clinic in the entire state. The law is meant to inconvenience women to dissuade them from getting the abortion. You can get an abortion in Mississippi. Placing terms on it doesn't remove your access or violate Roe v. Wade. Viagra addresses a health condition. Birth control does not. Before everyone goes all torchy, how do we know anyone at Occidental actually responds to this, or how it is responded to? Making a form does not make an institution's policy. I could easily create one of these for Harvard. I realize there are deans and other email addresses listed there, but has anyone contacted Occidental and confirmed it works this way?
