One thing I like about traditional / primitive culture is that caring for the elderly was a community activity. Extended family would live near each other and help out. The elderly would see their grand kids grow up every day. Western culture destroyed all that.

I think women from third world countries would do okay. These are women who'd travel half a day to collect fresh water without modern navigational aids. Can't say the same about privileged white women.

A smart man learns from his mistakes. A wise man learns from the mistakes of others. Almost all of my married friends, siblings and relatives are either now divorced, or stuck in loveless marriages (you can even say they are held hostage, as they stand to lose everything if they leave). The only rational decision is to tap out.

i'm in my 30s. growing up, the internet was still in its infancy and i was very "blue pilled" right up until i finished college. topics like the "red pill" were only discussed in nuanced communities. now it's more widespread, thankfully, and younger men are educating themselves.

I've endured a calamity in my life some years ago. What I did was list each problem, prioritize them in order, and come up with a plan for each one. Once I put my problems on paper (actually a spreadsheet) and brainstormed over each one, they became more mentally manageable. You may not have the resources to address some non-priority problems and you'll have to let them slide for the time being. Some battles that can wait.
