This should be the top comment. Hungry, thirsty, low-value men are the problem in our society/world.

Now, tell me what women bring to the table? (Besides sex because men also bring sex)

I agree. My brother moved from a city to a small town where I live and was shocked. You won’t realize till you actually move to a small town and realize how bad it is. Average and below average women overvalue themselves because of excessive attention and demand.

Every time I come back to the US from Europe, I get disgusted. Every time I travel to Europe from US, I get shocked because I realize how fat American women are and how much they don’t care about their body. If a woman doesn’t care about her body, it’s very likely she won’t care about her partner.

Physical attractiveness has an expiration date and only guarantees you to get your foot into the door. As I get older I really stop putting emphasis on looks and look more for qualities she has. I think any decent man will choose a decent woman over looks. There are many good looking women but when I realize I have to wake up with one every day and deal with her bs, that clears the fog for me. Edit: grammar

Never ever open up. It never ended good for me and I doubt it’ll end good for anyone else. You can open up to your brother or a good friend but never tell the girl about your feelings especially something that makes you “weak”.

I noticed that most women who treat men like that were raised by single feminist mothers. Go on Instagram and type: womenare and then type: menare And see what pops up. I honestly think all these problems we have today are the result of mainly children being raised by single parents. Part of the American modern culture is to blame others for their failures and take no responsibility for their own actions, especially with women I notice this a lot. I think social media and mainstream media are br…

It has made it a little difficult approaching women but it also made me become a better version of myself and made me improve other aspects of life, like finances, working out and being very social. Don’t focus on that too much, at the end of the day, it won’t matter if you have other things going for you. Once you stop caring, people will feel the vibe that you don’t care.

Some men look great bald. I started losing my hair at 18. By 25 I was completely bald. I have been shaving my head ever since. Own it up, it’s out of your control, so there is nothing you can do to grow it back. People will give you shit just because they don’t have anything else to pick on. When people call me out on it, I give them a simple reply; I either laugh hard or I say I know you’d still tap that.

I can attest to that. Even my father’s mother would treat me like shit and would shower with love my sister.

Yeap. And she ended up fucking other guys. After I discovered TRP, I haven’t spent a penny on a girl and got laid many times. TRP was a life changer for me.

My grandma left my grand father when he became hemiplegic. They lived together for over 25 years and it all ended because she didn’t want the “burden”. She also discouraged the kids from taking care of him. Shorty after he passed away. Up to this day my father deeply regrets for listening to his mother.

I was circumcised without any anesthesia. It affected me in a very bad way...I loose erection when a woman touches my abs and desire to have sex disappears. Up to this day I remember how I cried and how people were holding me down and I believe this painful experience somehow got stored in my body’s memory. I don’t care what your religion is it is all bull shit, if your kid suffers like me nothing good will come out of it.

I’ve worked with many immigrants from Poland and Russia. The couple I knew were married back in their country and were unconditionally in love. Long story short, yes the women were hot and they all ended up cheating on their nice husbands. The guys they cheated with worked in the kitchen and were illegal immigrants. Low SMV but they were good with compliments and being rude to them like holding off their orders. This really hot Polish girl cheated with a line cook and recorded the action, the hu…

Congrats, got a nice ride there! When I worked as a car sales man so many men would ask for wife’s permission before buying a car...literally ask for an approval in my presence...You worked your ass off and your wife is the one deciding what you should and shouldn’t buy? It’s pathetic.

Yes, the winters are very rough man. Russians have learned to survive and strive in conditions that are not habitable but that’s a different story. They believe that struggle is part of life and they just accept it. Learned helplessness, I guess? Russian men do not tolerate or take any bullshit especially from women. Period. If you disrespect a guy don’t be shocked if you get punched in the face. Watch this: https://youtu.be/0JySI17k2gU What you see in this video happens mainly to girls who get …

Guys, I want to point out a few very important things. I was born in Russia and a lot of what he said is true about Russian women. The same applies to Eastern European women. Russian women are amazing, they make excellent wives as long as they’re living in Russia. Once you bring one to the UK or USA, she will become westernized and you pretty much lost her. I’ve lived in the states for over a decade and have witnessed that with my friends who brought their wives from overseas. Foreign women abso…

Even with prenups there is no 100% guarantee that she won’t take some of your stuff. You know how judges can void your prenup if they see it as unfair. The best is to not get married.

Sadly, this is true. I thought she was “different” but after living with her for 2 weeks my views have changed. Too bad I didn’t realize it before I spent many years chasing her and tons of money. At the end I didn’t get anything, not even a kiss. That’s right, she was banging other random guys and she would turn back to me when she needed validation and attention. Oh man, I wish I discovered MGTOW and red pill earlier. I could’ve avoided many devastating mistakes.

My friend is a medical student doing his clinical rotations. Prior getting into medical school he used to go out every weekend and bang random chicks. During his clinicals he called me and told me that many people come to the clinic with std’s and most of them are attractive women. After that he does not sleep with girls like he used to, because he doesn’t really has much time and doesn’t want to catch anything.

I was shy in my early 20's. I also stutter, so that was holding me off, sometimes it still does. But I try not have negative thoughts, they will suppress your confidence and kill the drive. I moved to US when I was 18. It took me many years to adapt and understand the American culture and how things work here. So to answer your question I didn't really date anyone until after I was 27. I am 30 now. When I was 17, I started loosing my hair. By the time I was 23, I was completely bald. Make sure you shave your head and keep it shaved. Join the gym, buff up. Embrace who you are. Some girls dig bald guys big time. If anyone makes a joke about it, don't take them seriously and laugh it out. I make jokes about my bald head all the time in front of my friends and girls. But don't over do it. Don't spend your money on rogaine or other hair supplements. You are genetically predisposed …

I had this conversation with my friend a while back. He believes that it is ok to date and marry single mothers as long as they're hot. We got into a little argument because I tried to explain him how wrong he was but he kept insisting that if she is hot she can have the best man out there who can sleep with her and provide for her. Sadly, he is attending medical school now to become a doctor and earn a decent salary, so that he can provide for her.

Muscle glycogen what? To strengthen and grow? Where do you get all this? Glycogen is a storage form of glucose inside our body. It is a sugar polymer, not a building block. Building muscle increases your RESTING metabolism...Metabolism and Resting metabolism are different things. Your body will convert excess carbohydrates into fats. When you don't have enough sugar in your blood, glycogen in your liver is broken down to glucose to increase your blood glucose concentration. When all the glycogen…

Citation is not needed, I will tell you I switched to a high fat diet, keeping my daily carb intake at 50-80g and I feel great! I have more energy, I am more focused, I don't have food cravings like I used to, acne is gone. I was warned "You need sugar for thinking" that's a total BS, I had finals and did very well on them while I was on this low carb diet. Natural sugar is ok, as long as you don't eat too much. And I lost over 20 lbs.

What you are experience is cognitive dissonance. Try to stay busy. Guys tend to masturbate when they're bored, and have nothing to do. I work a lot, so I don't have time to sit at home and choke the chicken.

I would make her sign regardless. I know too many people who were screwed over. My good friend is a doctor, makes half a million after taxes, his wife divorced him and she is collecting payments and dating a jobless dude. Better be safe than sorry.

I have been on this diet for a couple months now. Acne on my forehead is gone, I don't have food cravings anymore. Brain fog is also gone. It would be impossible to keep your sugar levels at ZERO, because many foods, vegetables contain some carbs, the key is to keep it below 20-50 grams/day. I also lost a ton of weight. I can finally see my six pack haha

This is a great post, brief and on point. It also applies to people like me. Even though I have a father, and he was always around he never played any role in my life. He never taught me to be a man or what a man is. I discovered my full potential only 4-5 years ago (29 now). He would get drunk every day, beat my mom when she wanted him to change, cheat on her, call me names when he was mad for no reason. He never taught me any of what you listed. I had to learn the hard way. Just because of him…

I was that weak guy a year ago. She told me the same exact thing, and it felt bad, then I came across TRP. Another thing she told me was that how her ex treated her like she was just a 'thing', and nothing more, and she liked it. He would not let her go out to see her friends, or even her relatives. Girls love being controlled by an alpha male.

I am in the same boat, but I am 29. I don't go on Instagram anymore. For the past several months I have been focusing on the mcat. It is helping not to steer in that direction. Once you finish with your mcat, go and do things every day, meet people, and socialize. Pre-meds have no life besides studying, and you are not the only one.

I a couple of years ago I dated a girl who would not even wash the dishes after she ate. She would only wash them when there were no clean plates or forks left in the drawer. Everything in the house turned in a huge mess. The sex was good, but wasn't enough to keep us together.

I don't understand why would you feel bad? If you are not ready for a relationship and if she is does not meet your standards? I think you did the right thing. If I was you I would tell her about the things that I don't like about her. If she does something to improve or actually shows me that she is trying to lose weight, I would start dating her. I feel like you don't want any commitment.

I stutter also. My stuttering is pretty severe. Sometimes I can't even say a word. I do not know if it is genetic or not, but no one in my family stutters.
