Just hang around there do some stuff and you are going to meet them, if you want you can approach them but not in a flirty manner just so you can meet as many people. That's what happend to me I didn't like girls in my school so I would just go to a nearby school and hang there. Once you meet one girl from there if you are charismatic enough you are gonna know the whole school.

Sorry, but I just think you gotta talk to more people or let friends introduce some of their male friends. For physical appearance you need to workout low reps - bigger weights and do not tone that is bullshit and I think a lot of cardio is unnecessary more with the weights(I've been working out a long time I know dat shit)Being an introvert is not an excuse for not talking to anyone I was an introvert still am but talking with strangers daily.
