Prior to something serious - it should be the dwelling and amplification of all the good things you see getting better Not the opposite. I've spent many years of my life hoping people change, and let go of that bad habit years ago. It sucks with women, as finding "good ones" gets a little more difficult to navigate in our 30s. If I were you - I would keep this as it is and get looking on the side to replace. Sucks, but they do the same to us. Just instead of looking, they just keep that bit of…

I am sensing a bit of projection in this post. Women communicate covertly, and often by instead of verbalizing - just internalizing and ACTING. As a man, if you want to learn to understand women better you have to learn to look between the lines into their actions and behaviors. Girls are WONDERFUL at communicating their feelings - why? Because much like the Russians, they FEEL their feelings - and then their actions are compelled by them. There is less talk about them in actuality, and more j…

Singapore is arguably more of a first world country than even America. They have the #1 strongest passport in the world, more than America. Entry without visa into the largest amount of countries of any. Not to mention the government is the richest ACTUAL CASH on hand government in the world. That place is insane, it's like a simulation. The women there are beautiful as well, it attracts high class backpackers/white travellers, and the asians are similar to dubai in that they are cultured, from …

It's truth. When I was away I was in the 2nd best shape of my life, lean and just full abs and big well defined arms. I was in Thailand and Phillipines, having spent a lot more time in Phillipines. There, the girls are TINY. And hot (lips plump, asses round/juicy, usually nicer at least c cup or b cup tits) - and I cannot count the amount of tiny girls who get scared. I made some gay friends there who were very well versed and hooked up, and I heard from a lot of them that their tiny friends tho…

Egos out of proportion can come on both ends of the spectrum. For men, it's erring on the side of caution. Over exuberance is rewarded, ESPECIALLY so in the case of the mindset that first appearances culture and mean the most. When a woman doesn't know much about you, appearing to be completely or even above in order - will reward more than immediately appearing vulnerable. Some guys act like complete idiots, but again - all of this boils down to perspective. Living in a predominantly first …

I personally introduced a young man who was troubled, clueless and in need of guidance to TRP - I had given him my own advice, and taken him under my wing a bit to help him out. Relishing on my own experiences of how at his age (18) - there was no internet, community or guidance to be had. I watched him take a lot of it too literally, ask me far more questions for clarification, and overall become toxified by the comments of others, start getting angry and transforming into a real moron for lack…

Buy & read: Atomic Habits and Breaking the habit of being yourself by Joe Dispenza The first one is unbelievable, goes deep into why we do what we do, how to identify, undo and reprogram. It's science and biology based. The second is more from a psychology standpoint, and will provide you with a more specific dive into your own personal habits after reading the first. These books are tools, and results from them will require work to read then tailor a process and plan of action for yourself.

Put the rack up! For 4 years I had an apartment with a massive covered balcony and bought a full sized rack and weights for $350 that I setup on it. In addition to not giving a fuck about a gym membership, being able to read/work/cook intra-workout was huge. It was always a postive for anyone who came over or heard about it. Chicks were usually interested or at least admiring of the fact that it was there just outside the living room. Nothing but positives came from it. You get results in life f…

Take a guy who looks normal, not muscular, better yet - looks run down like a bum. You know nothing about this guy other than his appearance - what do you think? Now take that same guy, but you just learned he founded a tech startup or is CEO of something wildly successful and is worth 100 million. What perception of him do you have that changes - once you "have this knowledge?" For muscle, it's more of a surface appearance indicator of success, work, being "better than". Our minds work in hie…

All good 3rd party perspective replies here. Why do we "fall" for any girl? Internally.. we don't feel like we can do better. If you were on top of your game and had better options, then you wouldn't feel like tossing in the towel for this chick. Developing deep emotions for someone with clear red flags, problems/damage, etc... is in essence a reflection of the internal value we have deemed worthy of ourself on the inside. I've been guilty of this, once I was in the clear later I looked back and…

Check out: squat_university & moveu on Instagram Both extremely useful, Instagram videos are great because they are forced to condense material into a 1 minute or few minutes IGTV video. Rather than spreading advice out longer than needed in YouTube videos to get retention time up as many online fitness educators do. Considering working out is more or less a for life endeavor, consider spending the money to see a qualified Kinesiologist for a few visits to get your issues addressed. Make sure yo…

An interesting way to frame interactions with people is to think about how that other person(s) perceives you in the moment you are interacting with them. Is there some kind of implied social status, or value you or the other person "have" that cause them to act as if they better, or worse than you? Be aware of any juxtaposition when interacting with people based on what how you think they might be seeing you during your interaction with them. In almost all situations, there is some degree of so…

I used to go to festivals alone, and whenever I went with friends - I was reserved, and weary of the friends, their space/acting the way they know me around them. Ineveitably, I was BEST when I would break away from them and be alone - or just go alone.\ It's a mental barrier to think it's weird, and feel weird, and different - these things are all in your head. When you go, head right into the crowd and find the area where people are moshing or the most rowdy. Get the fuck in there and MOVE A…
