Having anxiety when approaching women can be extremely stressful and anxiety provoking so you're not the only one. There are a couple of ways people deal with it, like just go for it (called "flooding") which is extremely anxiety provoking but but can be benefitul for some but for me it wasn't. Others might use alcohol because he helps them relax and not think think of the reasons not to go up but I would recommend taking baby steps. I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, social anxiety…

Thanks especially for the guide to texting. Man do I hate doing it. It's annoying, hard to write something nice/pleasant/flirtatious. Would rather talk to not just girls but people in general face to face but it's so popular and convenient that there is no way of not using. Thanks for both of them.
