I agree with this guy, keep reading this subreddit and start going to the gym. Make it like a habit, just like how you brush your teeth everyday. You will gain confidence, then after that, its all about finding the right balance.

You read my mind. I know how hard it is to build a relationship, and just like IvaFcFi said, I want to take it slow so she can have time to digest what's happening to her and to get a clear picture about me..
