That was a replica of my old self. Glad I eventually found TRP before entering another potential relationship as BB. Now I invest all the effort into myself and couldn't be happier.

So true. I have a couple of female friends/colleagues in dental school who say six pack doesn't matter, then drooling over a pic with a guy with ripped body. AWALT.

Lol bro consider yourself lucky. I found the TPR just months ago at age 25. I killed my old beta ego gradually and started to build a new one, the one with confidence and mystery. Girls used to walk all over on me "LJBF", and I was a people pleaser. After my mentality changed, I regained so much power that was unbelievable. The amount of time you put in to invest yourself instead of orbit around the girls make all the difference. I know the way girls treat you may make you feel like shit even if…

Make sure you can get something out of your female friends. Don't make parasitic friends...

Haha I wish it's that easy...Our workload is too much for this semester, I'll start fishing once the exams are over.

What I plan to do is to stick with my close group of friends and IDGAF about her. Sounds easy but really it's tough to change your mind. Maybe I should workout before going.

Yea I figured. I ll just act indifferent to her as with her couple of close friends.

We dated 8 months and broke up was 8 months ago. But I still see her time to time since we are in the same school and it's inevitable. No contact was 6 months ago. I was messed up right after the breakup, but slowly worked myself up and TRP definitely gave me the strength I needed. I think for you, first of all tell your friend to stop giving you your ex info. You need time to heal, and it's not easy to be constantly disrupted with your ex's reminder. That's why no contact is the way to go.

Thank you. I am still in the process of getting my life back on track after a broke up about 8 months ago. Since I discovered TRP weeks ago, I started to eat more and doing weights at my apartment (gym is far and expensive). I notices my mind is sharper and no longer need caffine to stay awake. Amazing. Now I need to start build confidence to approach women (next step after my huge finals for 3 weeks), while start to learn how to sew (my shirts are too baggy and tailors are expensive for poor st…

Haha I was pretty weak beta too before we broke up. Become too clingy, insecure, low confidence and the stoic me crumbled into pieces. Never again, no one will ever see my weakness ever again ahhahaha. I'm the Machiavellianism and I will utilize to the fullest. Now I realized how many parasites there are leaching off me, and I was bending over backwards to please them. No more free lunch, bitches!

It's more of a gradual change with hard work. I get good at academics with years of hard work. Just start something that intrigued you, and once you get some confidence, it will get rolling and the positive feedback continues. Stop playing video games as it will get you nowhere and ruin your life. I was addicted during college and it was the worst nightmare, almost ruined my future. Go to gym and reach out to people that work out beside you.

It's OK bro. I had it worse than you, I'm 25 now and just found about this sub. I was conditioned into beta from an early age (I get LJBF all the time cause girls want me to do their hw). IMO you have to have the belief that you are the shit. You are the one. Now everyday seems better and has a purpose for me, because I can improve and I don't live on the opinion of some female suckers. I became much more confident in a few days and people actually treat you with respect. Respect yourself first,…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
