3	If you have an mental illness - be extra cautious of men trying to manipulate you or gaslight you I hope u get better and manage it well! Fellow cptsd here I had an ex get mad at me for "not telling him how to help me" when i got a panic attack, and this was when my cptsd qas first surfacing. Like wtf? He even got panic attacks and he didnt think to try to comfort me on any way? My fiance now gets me a blanket/hugs me through his clothes (skin to skin makes it worse) and he did it unprompted.
