#NoNothingNovember 2015 ChallengeI like the sound of this. My three vices to give up will be drinking, porn, and wasting time on social media. As for a daily habit, I will meditate for at least 15 minutes a day and read for at least an hour a day. | /r/TheRedPill | 28/10/15 09:59 PM
TRP mentoring programI know this is an old post but if anyone minds messaging it'd be huge appreciated I lift I get girls I'm on a good career path and I actively develop skills and work on hobbies but I'm lacking in social mastery So if anyone is good at that or can point me in the direction of a good book thank you very much | /r/TheRedPill | 21/10/15 01:15 AM
[FR] Holding frame got me free lunch from a total bitch."4 accidents and over 200 a month in insurance" Off topic but what companies are you guys with? I would kill for that, I pay about 250 with only 1 minor ticket | /r/TheRedPill | 06/08/15 11:36 PM
Red Pill Q&A Thread: Newbies, ask away.Might not be the right place But I've read through side bars, I'm making steps toward self improvement But I feel like if I had a mentor, someone to talk about this stuff with, someone who has their shit together and lives through the red pill (not the right way to say it I think) it would do good for me I didn't really have a positive or alpha male role model growing up which I think led to lots of the betaness I have Where could I find a role model? Thank you | /r/TheRedPill | 22/05/15 12:53 AM
Much of the mental "frame" draws power from the physical one. TL;DR: Why lifting is a necessity. No, just a high metabolism. This was as a high school student who worked ~35 hours in fast food on evenings and weekends. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/01/15 10:50 PM
[FR] First night clubbing after 8-10 months of TRP and semi-Monk modeI'm not sure I agree completely with the whole "lifting will solve your problems" mindset. I lifted for over a year, benched over 200 pounds and wasn't successful at all with girls. Then I stopped lifting, bought a sports car and started street racing, partying lot more and going on adventures all the time. I lost 30+ pounds and was the skinniest and weakest I've ever been, but my god did I get girls. I went from barely pulling 5s once in a while to having multiple attractive plates. | 2 | Much of the mental "frame" draws power from the physical one. TL;DR: Why lifting is a necessity.Confirmed. I used to lift to no end and never gain weight, 150 pounds eating 3k a day and complaining that nothing happened. Just keep adding calories. It took me eating 4.5k to get to 160, then 5.5k to get to 170. It's just the way it is for us skinny guys with a high metabolism. No point in complaining about it, just eat more and eventually you'll find the point where you start to gain. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/01/15 06:13 PM
