The point is there's no such thing as legitimate consensual sexual between someone in authority over someone else, especially if one is a minor and the other is not. That is a fundamental truth. Forced rape will certainly harm the victim more, physically and psychologically, but statutory rape is ultimately taking advantage of developmental weakness to get sex that is inappropriate.
