It’s not my definition. And, no, being a cunt isn’t deserving of mistreatment. She was on probation and didn’t want to give her last name. Not the cops problem. People places things, her choices were bad. She blew a clean breathalyzer, she should’ve just gave her name and rode that horse. She fucked up. She assaulted the cops and the did what they had to do, if her aunt truly had the booze there it was her bad. Little control freak lol.

I don’t mind discussion at all. If this was a Seattle PD officer it would’ve gone over like a fart in church, simply put, she knows the rules about touching first responders. Them: don’t do that, you’ll get your ass beat. Me: ain’t gonna do that then.

This makes more sense to me. Yes, I must agree with you on the point that a.) the officer could have disabled her and cuffed her with less violence and b.) someone walking up on this scene would not know the specifics. I stand behind, however, my initial opinion. Don’t hit cops!
