Freedom of speech means you're free from government censorship. The judge is technically a representative of the government, however they have full rule over their court and hold anyone in contempt that do not follow their rules. No, there are a number of law suites she's filed (well her attorney, if you read the article you'd see that she states he filed the defamation suits against her wishes and/or knowledge) The suit she lost was the defamation suit, so trump is counter-suing for his legal fees, plus extra. The attorney stated in the article that when the other suits are said and done, he's confident that she'll win enough from them to cover this fee. eh, the problem i have with the companies using the models they do, is that i never know if the clothes will look good on me, cause they aren't modeling on the "standard" or "average" build. So instead of increasing sales from people, like myself, who don't want to leave their houses (think all of reddit and 4chan) by showing their clothes modeled on people that closely resemble them, they limit their audience to those who are willing to go out and try these clothes on.

You have to take into consideration who's phone had the conversations (were all text messages on his phone, and the wife was just an accomplice?) also, as stated elsewhere in the thread, he could have prior criminal history.
