Incel is literally an acronym for “involuntarily celibate” whether someone is ugly on the outside or internally. (They are not getting laid) and or there socially inept.
Sadly with more time you’ll care even less because even with confronting people with their incorrect worldview there’s still not going to see your perspective, I’ve done that with my own family countless times with concrete proof depending on the topic and it’s futile, best to just smile and nod an give the periodicly sarcastic“yea ok” 👌
