I just said people extrapolating that we are somehow in a police state because "hm I don't remember the last time a cop was killed" is a worthless thing to say. A random post on google says 500 innocent people are killed in the US per year. That sounds like bullshit to me, but let's go with it. You have a 1 in 60,000 chance of randomly getting murder by a cop for no good reason then. There are 800,000 cops in the US according to Wikipedia and it seems like 150 cops are killed each year. Do you really want the number of police killed to be greater than the number of people police kill? Ideally police are getting in fights with dangerous people so it's not unreasonable that some of them might die. 6	At least one female gamer gets it.... I like MGS2 era Raiden in the sense that he’s the true Metal Gear Solid protagonist. A MGS protagonist is really a pawn. He gets sent into a mission on the basis of lies, and it all goes to hell and he never really figures it out until someone tells him everything until the dead end.
