have you tried therapy? that would probably help your situation quite a bit and as for pastimes look for something where you’re creating and honing your skills- drugs, game, and anime are all things you consume and so will be unsatisfying in passing long periods of time and the whole women being repulsed by men of your stature is a myth spread by the terminally online and internalized by the insecure, so don’t dwell on it

this might just be a me thing but how about happiness?
