Practice apathy about things that don't help you in any way. Don't let people who fill their own lives with unproductive emotional political speak or gossip fill your life with that too. Fill your life with people who are a good influence in helping you reach your goals (easier said than done obviously but you should know what sort of people you need to cut). Focus on yourself and ignore the toxicity.

No good? I'd disagree. Current cultural climates cause many to have no benefit, however the majority of people end up in relationships, and less than 50% seem to be doing well, being happy. Just play it smart, don't search for relationships, improve yourself.

Hey, I feel like you are getting the former r/incels and r/mgtow confused, incels want and crave sex and relationships and mgtow doesn't. Many Incels want women killed (in general if you read incels.me and look at r/inceltears) and are hateful. Many of us just don't like the current social sphere of how many women are.
