I don't know if they all explicitly fought against the black vote, but I do know they willingly did not help the minority vote.

"I'm a girl and a guy can't hit me. I bet I can stop them." Something along those lines.

It's actually a law that a 13 year-old can't consent to a 24 year-old. In my state a 15 year-old can have sex with a 24 year-old, so I don't know where you're going with that one. I'm not choosing to ignore the kids decision, I'm saying the kid doesn't have a choice in this matter because of the law. Until the law changes an adult, man or woman, should be held to the same standard. The adult teacher should be smart enough to know they shouldn't fuck a 13 year old student.

No it's not. It's the true age of consent in like 12 states. The rest of them are like Colorado where 16 year-olds can have sex with people up to a certain age.

Sex without consent. It's pretty simple actually. Rape turns into a catch all term when there are degrees of rape. Statutory rape, aggravated rape, etc. All of them involve not having consent though. A 13 year-old cannot consent to have sex with his 24 year old teacher, thus statutory rape.

In just about every state meth and marijuana are both schedule 1 controlled substances.

I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to make the majority of cops are good argument. Fuck that sergeant. Disgrace.

This is one of those situations where you can't make blanket statements. Some places are awful about this stuff and some places are great. I'm sorry you had an awful experience, nobody should have to go through that.

Exactly. If your gimmick is that you're an embarrassed college girl, you can only do that for so long before you're just a pornstar.

I imagine she had been suspended while they reviewed the case and all that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
