I was not banned but everytime got my comments censored/deleted I think it was on r/TwoXChromosome where the mildest comment that is not : "This! so much this!!" gets controlled or something.. I was still new on reddit and didnt know why we couldnt discuss and give counter arguments.

its like making fun of older women for having low hanging breasts after a certain age...well you know she had the resources to prevent that but she went for the saggy boobs cause she's confident enough!

The show is fine...never even noticed anything. I can stand the extreme left non binary vegan safe space vibes , but you have to take it easy. Yes there is diversity and female star actors but I don't see anything wrong with that, the stories are good and make you think. Aren't you being like what you criticize by being ticked off by that? SJW will not appreciate a show or movie if it has many straight white men so now you are upset that the show is too diverse? I personally focus on the substan…

There's a legitimate degree of racism that is obvious when you hear the first interview between Victor and the detective. The detective says something along the lines of : Maybe in your culture this is normal and that you treat women as second class citizen. he just dropped the holier than thou freedom police officer card on him.

I guess you are right then. However in developing countries you don't think there is unjust treatment of women? You also never commented whether or not you agreed that if this post just had data and sources would it have been a better post or not?

I think the op is unreasonably attached to the idea that women are not oppressed . Because the data does not suggest that women cant be oppressed. hence why I called the comment bigoted. Without opening the doors to how women are oppressed in developing countries , let's take Japan as an example where women have their own train carriage as to not be groped during peak hours or that they cannot be hired as sushi chefs because "women's hands are always hot compared to a man". This is unfair treatm…

The post claims that the idea of society opressing women is laughable. But is it? Can't the data reflect issues that the men face without laughing at the idea that society oppresses women? This is what I mean by a competition, it sounds like "you think women have it the hard way? look at us!" it creates a bad dynamic to approach it like that imo. I didnt make it a competition the OP mentions women in both instances! I personally am simply pointing at the cheap "women are oppressed....NOT" and "t…

Im saying the data is the good side of the post. the title and the punch line make it bigoted! Men can be oppressed without stepping on womens issues like that, like a previous comment mentions : this is not a competition!

if this post just had the numbers with their source posted and a less attacking title it would have been more valuable. Now it just looks like a bigoted post

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
