The only man who became my boyfriend (now my ex) after sex on first date, was s sociopath. I was low on esteem and was compensating for losing my ex friends.

Being nice to him even after him leaving me alone in the middle of the road, cold at night, crying to myself...on my birthday. I knew it was over, but I still was polite, dropped in messages and hoped for him to reply. Still gives me anxiety thinking about it.

I've already refused. As much as I like fashion and photo shoots, there's a certain market I'd like to do it for (I want to do modelling for working woman designs).

I've just been offered a modelling gig in Austria but I'm not sure. The agent (Female) reminds me of my ex narc female friend who warmed up too quick and stabbed me in the back.

Yes, i do and i wont waste your time telling you to ask yourself shit because you probably have and even know the reasons of your anxious attachment. But I can tell yoj what I have done to get over it. However, I must warn you it only happebed because i was at my lowest and i did something i didnt agree with and it was the worst thing I've ever done to myself. I got real low...And that low point made me angry. I deactivated my social media to stop myself from seeing the men who hurt me. Blocked …

Started after a bad ghosting case in September. After a month of alcohol, weed and partying, I snapped. I started with many many videos on attachment theories. Started reading more clinically researched articles on attachment theory because I wanted to find a more scientific basis. I started explaining the studies to others as a method of learning. I started documenting my emotions. I went out on walks and coffee alone to attach myself to surroundings and detach from people. I looked for jobs, n…

I'm also an anxious attachment pickmeisha recovering. Its not easy. I have had 6 months to get over my attachment issue and still have fragments of it. But I'm learning to assert myself and detach myself from validation from men and even friends.

I really like Gender Critical as it discusses men in women's spaces, taking all the privileges of being a woman without facing the darker side being a woman.

This. I'm brown and the amount of "ewww dirt" I heard from my white ex and "lol jk" afterwards, really made me wonder why he was even with me. The times when he specifically pointef out my lack of thigh gaps and skinnyness as a "joke". Of course none of that mattered when he told me he was using me for sex...

There is a friend of mine(still is but don't talk much), a massive pick me. Tries to be one of the boys and not like other girls. She told me to give my ex another chance because he was trying to protect himself from getting hurt, despite seeing me cry on my bday for him, knowing what he did to me.... No no no. I'm done.

Tell me about it. Farting accidently, okay I get that and even I've done that. But farting consistently and considering it as a joke just got plain irritating. It went as far as trying to sit on my face!!! I was so disgusted that I called out on him right then and there! Treating me like one of his homeboys even when i didn't give him the ounce of a doubt that he could treat me that way! Well, he's out. He can take his homoerotic desires elsewhere.

Learning to cook various South Asian dishes. Learning more about the company and product I'm working for. I'm genuinely in love with my work and i really care about the company. Very true. My ex narc friend would encourage me to have casual sex, often offering her room for it. She'd ask my room for her shenanigans. Try to hook me up with guys she slept with or any guy (often drunks) she found "handsome" (not my type)

Try breakfast, i found this method very effective because breakfast is short, in the morning, feels fresh and not a lot of sexual behaviour. I find breakfasts very cheerful, moreso than coffee in the evening and less posh pressure than dinner.

did the same with a date who was actually 6 years older than his actual age. His profile was 28 and I was very specific about not dating someone older than 30. He blatantly said he knew some women had that age preference and was trying to screw it by lying.

Learned 2 things this week. Stay away from female friends (pickmeishas) who "Encourage" casual sex and hookups, not only with single people you don't want (like her single colleagues or friends), but also LVMs who are in a relationship. Yes, my ex-narc friend encouraged me to hook up with men in relationships and men she was already sleeping with. This was her way to "Boost" my "self-respect". Men (even male friends or family members) learn more from women than the other way around. I can bet my…

I started making deposit savings to buy an apartment to get that airbag out of my mind. Huh, after this I think I'm still a passive pickmeisha. While I dont tolerate the basic red flags, there's still some things I let pass which are more subtle and indirect. Gotta learn to work on that.

Honestly, no. Again, I've been a punching bag for mentally ill people and personality disorders (As I understand, they are different). The only reason I decided to give him a chance is because he ticked off all the basics of FDS and now I'm at the second base of evaluation (looking for truer red flags). So far, he has shown some decent and qualities as a human being but on the flip side, he's showing some flaws that are not necessarily red flags or deal breakers but it's going to nag me (like la…

For the first part--I think so too but it's not my job to fix his shit. I do bring things up from time to time if I feel it's interrupting my life. For the second part--He started living with me just a week ago (after a month of dating). He offered that I live at his too but I didn't want to after my previous experiences with living with them. So he opted, accepting my conditions of sharing grocery bills, cleaning up after his mess, not bring more than his necessities (like video game consoles a…

The guy im dating now has mild adhd and does things that irritate me like keeping the lights on or leaving toilet seat up. I've mentioned it and kept an eye on his behaviour and he's been paying attention. But what also irritates me is that when i tell him in general to get his shit together or give my ultimatum about what he cant do in my house (its my apartment and he's only living with me to be with me and i dont want him to move in with his luggage), he thinks I'm harsh and he keeps saying "…

I can share an example, a thoughtful behaviour but not necessarily from HVMs. Some LVMs have also shown thoughtfulness in some areas. For eg. A shitty LVM noticed how i cant open bottles, so he gave me an expensive bottle opener. Another example, (I'm still evaluating this guy, so cant call him an HVM or LVM yet, just a flawed person), I complained about having back pain due to my past job as a cleaner. He got me Almond Oil and gave me a massage the next day.

Well...after 5 months since the torture ended, i went out on a date. I was sceptical and still am, but the guy has been very attentive to my boundaries. I still can't call him an HVM though, because you never know. While Ive started to trust him with the basic human decency, like not cheat or take advantage of me, I still have not let my guard down of him not breaking my heart. Again, who knows, maybe he will stop feeling attracted to me or fall out with me. I can never let my guard down in that…

Yes, thank you. I rejected men because they dont have their own space for me to visit or stay a night--i do. So why should they get the benefit only of sleeping on my bed? And marriage and cohabitation makes it difficult for me to live my life how I want. Hell, i dont want to be tied down with their last names and their lives. I only wanna enjoy company.

I've read posts about forever gfs. My thing is, I never wanna get married OR move in with a bf because it benefits them more than me. So, I'd prefer taking turns at living at each other's places few times a week. What's FDS view on this? Secondly, I have my own place, studio apartment all to myself. What if the guy shares a house with housemates? What're your preferences on it regardless how well off he is financially? Personally, I'd never stay a night at his place if he's sharing a house even.

In the beginning, you never initiate texting. You always reply to his initiations and replying doesnt have to short. You can reply detailed replies. But never initiate. When somethinf is actually established--like relationship, then feel free to initiate because this is the time to put equal effort, even in texting.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/02/20 03:29 PM

I will. Im documenting everything that i dont like about him (not necessarily redflags per se) and evaluating whats fixable and whats not. And whether I myself wanna work on it even though its workable (exhausted). At this point, I'm done even being an open minded person about the good men too. I just want it my way and i dont care what he feels.

I'm not attached anymore. Now if any man (even LVMs) wanna shower me with "attention" for the sake of any benefits (mostly sex), i pretend to be a dumb fox, enjoy those benefits and then when they want their "payment" ldump em.

Ah, how do I go on about this? Ever since 15th Saturday, he's been inviting me out everyday and spending hours with me--coffee, shopping, lunch, dinner, casual long walks and last night I was sick, so he brought me groceries... I don't trust this guy.

So...the date was casual. I strictly asked for coffee date and no alcohol. He agreed. He did all the usual "pay for me" things, so good manners. We had coffee, went to a museum and then a long walk. He didnt hold my hand or try to get physical. Around 11pm, he called a taxi for me to take me home. He only asked if he could kiss me. I refused but we hugged. Let's see if he wants to meet again.

Here are the shit redflags. *Typical “I'm such a nice guy, why no girl like me” complaints and felt that he entitled to it but he complained in a lowkey way and not so blatantly. *He told me that his ex accused him of cheating, which was why they broke up. Few similar incidents here too. One clown was actually 4 years older than his tinder age. His tinder stated he was 28, he was in fact 32 and he actually said that he did that to circumvent to get younget girls who didnt prefer dating men above 30. I was the target victim. One didnt mention having kids at all until a month later. My ex...was using a picture taken 5 years ago. He had since gotten very big. I still dont know what prompted me to still date that sociopath.

I wonder if we can learn how they end up becoming better for the next woman. I mean is it their lack of awareness of their own shittiness that makes them better for the next woman, or he just gets a more submissive woman? I feel I am objectively better for the next man with good job and financial status. But mentally I only feel worse because i am aware of my own lacking. Men usually dont have these inner awareness which makes them shine fake glitter and attract vulnerable women.

I'm the texting type and it's my way of expression. Previously, I used to do little texting to show that I'm not interested but texting for me was hardly ever for interest. I just like talking. So I just changed back to my full-mode texting. If the guy isn't conversing as much as me, I lose interest and continue talking to others. I remember something similar. I was talking to this Danish guy about Feminism and this Finnish lady didn't like the topic. She actually said how many more rights do we need and I, as a brown woman from a 3rd world country, was certainly more privileged than her and I was babbling about women's rights too much. I don't know to this day, why she felt that.

I've noticed few types of "pickmeishas", the one I am referring to are the "innocent ones who didnt know any better", the victims who gave the guy her all despite the abuse and still blamed herself for his fuckups. The second ones are what you are referring to--a crap person in general or a narc. They bully others, they like encouraging casual sex to girls who dont want to, and then backstab when other girls dont idolise these crap women.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/01/20 06:55 PM

Another tip--dont surround yourself with self destructive women whose coping mechanism includes drinking, partying, casual sex and doing careless things that end up hurting her. While she wont force, you'll eventually end up catching those behavior and will lead you in the same path. Check their coping mechanism first, if they are healthy, you are free to proceed. Speaking from personal experience.

I'm less likely to trust a person without social media because i dont know if that person is safe to hang out with. On social media, i would be able to see some family members, friends and maybe his travel stories and public posts indicating his hobbies and interests. It has nothing to do with imagery, more like a method to ensure that we are hanging out with someone normal and maybe not a serial killer or something.
