4	Oh, it’s not? I hate that this myth is still perpetuates, even by our own PM. Every study worth a damn says that women largely make the same pay for the same jobs with the same experience. The numbers you see quoted are typically for the average female salary va average male and doesn’t account for industry, education or hours worked.
