Outside my apartment the other night a woman was screaming at a dude because he didn't take her to Denny's. Then two minutes later shes screaming that he gave her STDs. I've worked in 5 different machine shops. One of them did not have any women at all, one of them was completely segregated with the men doing heavier tasks and women doing lighter tasks, and in three of the men and women do the same work. As far as I know there was no pay gap in any of these places. The black and white bullshit in this sub is a fantasy. Some individuals are hard workers, some individuals are lazy, male or female.

With rare exceptions women do not work as hard as men, and are less productive. I work in a factory doing manual labor, and rate of production is paramount. All four women in my department perform the same tasks as the men and their rate of production, which is tracked meticulously, is at the same percentage as any of the men.
