There's a decent subreddit called r/whywomenlivelonger, which illustrates it pretty well. Men are more risky, drive faster, and are more aggressive on the road by the statistics. Higher death rates, and worse injuries mean higher rates at point of sale. It's just the market

So the governments of the deep South and urban centers from the end of reconstruction to the 60s have clean hands? Breaking up families, and forcing minorities into ghettos under the guise of social engineering happened for years.
