There are some promenant and very good female ultramarathoners, but overall the sport is dominated by men. Men have faster world records for the marathon and all other shorter distances all the way down to the 100m as well.

Yoplait's commercials in America aren't quite as blatant, but they are the same thing. Yoplait has lost me as a customer because of them. And for the record, Chrome claims that site is a malware threat (links to statcnr.com I believe).

I just got a vasectomy on Thursday. It's just a tad early to really reflect on what this means for me, but I have a feeling it will become one of the best decisions I ever made. Literally everything in that article is irrelevant to me now. If I ever do decide to have kids (via adoption), I maintain complete control over when and how they will enter my life, benefiting me, my wife, and my children.

This is crucial. Many men have no idea! and get sucked into a terrible life by a controlling, manipulative woman. It doesn't have to be that way. Not all women are like that. Don't ever settle for anything even remotely close to it. Sadly, many men I know have no clue, and suffer through horrible relationships, sometimes even getting married and having kids. We need to better educate ourselves.

They all pail in comparison to Valerie Solanas, who shot Andy Warhol and wrote the SCUM manifesto (the Society For Cutting up Men). Granted, she was a lunatic. But her SCUM manifesto has done a lot to inspire radical women against men. The movie "I Shot Andy Warhol" is all about her, it's a decent little flick.

In a former life when i was really dumb I was in a very bad relationship and it looked like I had gotten her pregnant. I looked up what my child support was going to be and felt like someone had just punched me in the gut. I wasn't even sure how I was going to just cover my normal living expenses after the child support was paid. I was extremely lucky and she wasn't pregnant, but holy shit did I learn my lesson.

You're again, conveniently ignoring the biological factor. In one nine month period a woman can mother one child, at rather significant cost. In one nine month period a man could father hundreds of children, at essentially no cost at all. It's pretty important to society that men don't do that. So yes, keep it in your pants. This subreddit is often like PETA. So extreme it does more harm than good.

I'm just as for men's rights as anyone in this subreddit, but no. Men and women are not equal. Women play a much more significant role in child birth than men do, it's a biological fact of life. I was at work late one day and as I was leaving there was a little kid just standing there, about 2 years old. Not an adult to be found anywhere. I'm starting by getting a vasectomy on January 7th. Not married, no kids. You might think I'm just being a smart ass with this comment, but I'm not. Reproduction and sex are a huge part of this equation, and by taking control I'm giving myself a lot of power I otherwise wouldn't have.
