I'm not claiming he's a loser, I said nothing of the sort. I said he was inept. Those are completely different things. To do work, you need to be able to do things like plan ahead, figure out reasonable courses of action, etc. To brand someone as a loser means I am making an emotional judgement of him in a vague sense that is defined by my own experiences. Calling him inept is a judgement of his technical abilities with respect to appropriately function as a good worker, a comparatively objectiv…

Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard University, not high school. Also, even if dropping out if high school worked out for a few people, it doesn't change the fact that dropping out of high school is generally a bad idea.

A legal demarcation has the benefit of having a clear start and end date. Unfortunately, you will still be inept after the legal demarcation of adulthood, but realistically, you might want to consider growing up sooner, rather than later. Seriously though, graduate high school. Barring some truly extenuating circumstances, not graduating high school reflects extremely poorly on you and is a great way to get stuck in a very low paying job for a very long time.

Look. You were unable to plan your own education around the fact that you need a certain amount of credits to graduate. You are not "somehow" inept, you ARE inept. I would not hire you even for the most remedial of white collar tasks.
