You could have signatures in blood agreeing to every last detail of a marriage and still wake up one day to find either your or your spouses values & priorities have changed. If you make it easy for people to leave, more people will leave. It isn't rocket science.

Quit worrying about this and get back to work. Shoulder to the wheel. Nose to the grindstone.

Why are women repulsed by South Asian men? You guys are fucking badasses.

I think the title is too long. Should be - "Men should change their behavior". If a woman notices, well, that's nice. If not, you're on the road, brother.

It isn't until you're on the receiving end of a redpill moment that it really sticks.

It's predictable. And not totally wrong.

Interesting. Do you have a link?

We could all just be reading too much into this. Gen Z is still pretty young. I wasn't ready to have kids in my early 20s either.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/21 12:58 PM

That's a much more reasonable take. I certainly wasn't ready to have kids at 24.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/21 12:57 PM

No, that's why you get your shit together and grow up. So your kid doesn't grow up in poverty.

You're right, I shouldn't have assumed this about you specifically. The general idea that people don't have enough money for kids, however, is an excuse IMO. Either that or it's shorthand for a general pessism about someone's own ability to cope in life.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/21 11:25 AM

This is an excuse. If you don't want kids, just own up to the fact.

You're talking pretty specifically about the white demographic. Black and hispanic people will continue having large families.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/06/21 10:58 AM

Very much agreed. This goes for the "can't afford it" answer too. It's an excuse.

Essentially that Game isn't about tricks and stories and negs and peacocks (or marginally at best). Instead it's about "polarizing" - making it clear that you're a man that wants to sleep with your target. The man you are in this situation is totally honest. Just bring what you have to the encounter. She'll decide one way or another pretty quickly and you can either get with her or move on. That's it. There's no secret. It just takes a lot of bravery and typically ends in rejection (which is tru…

Have you read Models? It's pretty good.

What I took from it is that you just put yourself out there as you are. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. The patterns and overthinking that go into Strauss-type game are really de-emphasized. But the key is that if you aren't willing to approach or a priori decide for the woman your chances are zilch.

I'm talking game in the vein of Models, not Neil Strauss.

And in either case, game is still more important

Major props to you. I've always operated under the assumption that a group like this wouldn't work without a core theme that isn't the support itself, if that makes sense. I'm moderately red-pilled myself but only as it pertains to understanding male-female dynamics realistically and avoiding the word games & nagging that's so ingrained in how we're expected to understand sex roles in the 21st century.
/r/Divorce_Men30/05/21 05:40 PM

Is it around a particular theme (ie divorce, religion, exercise, service, etc)?

Do you mind sharing more about it? Sounds interesting.

Yes. And those men soon find out they are mistaken about that calculation.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/21 03:45 PM

This is undoubtedly true. What are the men's support groups these days? To take this thought further, a men's "support group" would be a failure anyhow because what men want and need is shared experiences, camaraderie, and accomplishments. These are their supports. A group of men sitting around griping about their wives is about the most pathetic thing you could think of. So what's needed are "men's groups" that get shit done and occasionally lean pretty hard on one another. It would probably so…

Europe values human life so much that the US had to step in to avert complete destruction twice in the past 100 years.

You could think of Prince as the ultimate Peacock. Most of us just aren't that creative.

I guess it depends what you mean by "worth it". Will it save your marriage? Impossible to say. But it could give you larger perspective on the issues and help you to prepare for whatever is next.

I've been thinking about a divorce for a while now. One thing that would help is just SOMEBODY to talk to about this. We moved recently and don't have much of a network in our new city. I'm thinking of solo counseling just as a way to talk through this with a disinterested party. Anyone have experience with that?

Read Models by Mark Manson. One thing to take away from it is that attraction is created through game. True game, not weird, rote, pickup artist stuff. But game that communicates attraction, risk taking, social status etc. Now consider online dating. It's terrible game. You're automatically communicating neediness and have no way of polarizing or evoking reactions from women. The reason few guys do well in online dating is that it takes enormous physical attractiveness to overcome the abominably…

A slightly more thoughtful response is that you can write 1000s of pages, attend therapy, learn the nuances of interpersonal relationships, introspect etc. for years and years and still find yourself trapped in a toxic relationship. Or you can say "I deserve better" and move onto whatever the world has in store for you. As long as you are externalizing the problem, you remain trapped.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/21 12:21 PM

Yes, it is bad. A "realistic chance at a relationship" doesn't fall from the sky. You have to work for it. This world owes you nothing.

Being a simp is a problem, whether it is currently experienced as one or not. Think about it this way, would a simp who stops simping today look back 6 months from now and regret stopping? We both know the answer. So do all simps.

Yes. Own your shit or get the fuck out. Blaming others for your actions is the surest road to your own personal hell.

Being emotional is fine for a man and shows true integrity. The key is how you handle it. Remember, it isn't what is said that matters but rather who says it. Meaning that if you are confronting genuine emotion and doing it in a way becoming of a true man, then that is not only acceptable, but lauded. Just - don't do it all the time. That's weird.

You're the one on a sub debating Red Pill. It's not like we're on Chapo. That said, you really should read Rational Male.

This is purple pill, which I assume implies some working knowledge of Red Pill. Read The Rational Male before trying to bring Citical Theory into this debate.

Inequalities will exist no matter what we do. Even if we all made precisely the same amount of money, the top 20% of guys would still have access to the women they wanted while the bottom 80% would be scratching their heads about why they can't find a date even though their Moms thinks they're great guys.

I do. It's at much lower levels than historically (pre-COVID) and does not usually manifest as hunger. The argument that things are materially worse these days doesn't hold up. Things aren't perfect and we can improve people's lives but to suggest people are starving in the streets shows how little contact you have with the true working poor. That's pretty common among self-styled Marxists who wouldn't go into a church or a Walmart if their lives depended on it. Anyhow, getting back to the origi…

"Empty stomach" lol. You've seen working class people these days, right? Or do they frown upon you interacting with plebes in your gender studies courses?

True. Odd how often they're paired tho. Unhappy people looking for external solutions to internal problems end up with very narrow world views.

Friendly advice - Don't expect Joe Biden (or any other politician) to improve your odds in getting laid. The journey begins and ends within yourself.

I prefer to think of this as "post-Marxist" rather than "late stage capitalist". Capitalism is just getting going while Marxism is out inventing new genders thinking the 643rd one will finally spark the revolution.

Because actually none of that shit matters to the reality. You can choose to adapt or spend your life blaming someone else for your problems.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
