My sister doesn't buy into the BS, she has always bought men's jeans (wants the pockets and the cheaper price, higher quality). These also always ignore real world costs: Get a flat tire (as a man, nobody changes it for you), as a woman, my mom has had men follow her off the freeway to change the tire for her. 1	Not only bricklayers: Humanity needs men for extraordinary intellectual abilities of a tiny minority of individuals who are 99% male. The vast majority of women are of average intelligence. Very few are extraordinarily dumb and very few are extraordinarily smart. While the intelligence of men is more variable. We're both dumber and smarter as fewer are near the average and more towards the extremes. So, evolution? Women take 9 months to incubate a new life and then ~1 year after to care for it before creating another. Men take several hours and are ready to go again.
