these are matters of choice Except for car insurance that can literally discriminate by sex, everything else is a choice. The vast majority of women are of average intelligence. Very few are extraordinarily dumb and very few are extraordinarily smart. While the intelligence of men is more variable. We're both dumber and smarter as fewer are near the average and more towards the extremes. So, evolution? Women take 9 months to incubate a new life and then ~1 year after to care for it before creating another. Men take several hours and are ready to go again.
