| 3 | A very serious question about second wives...I second this. Very insightful read. Also recommend "No more Mr. Nice Guy" | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/10/21 09:26 PM |
| 8 | A very serious question about second wives...We are responsible for our own happiness and no one else's. Trying to make your mate happy is a neverending fool's errand and results in codependence. Focus on your happiness and let her focus on hers. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/10/21 08:05 PM |
| 2 | She Waited 6 WeeksWell, that's how they roll. She was never yours, it was just your turn. Now someone else gets their turn. She may have waited six weeks to change her facebook status but this was in motion waaay before then. Take your lumps and count your blessings that you weren't invested longer with her. Carry this life lesson forward. Hard to believe now, i know, but you have a fantastic life ahead of you. Chin up! | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/10/21 07:57 PM |
| 5 | STBXW Moved OutMarried 22 years when it ended by her choice...been where you are at and then some. Time to focus on you and improve you. Not for her, but for you. Become the man only a fool would leave. It does get better with time. Much better. I'm now living a life that I never thought possible when I was toiling in the pit of despair. Lift weights, get healthy physically, emotionally, mentally, avoid booze. You'll get to a much better place with work and time. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/10/21 11:13 PM |
