The current housing market is being propped up by the Fed's hot air. While it may not be an extreme bubble like 2006-2007, it is certainly overpriced, and persistently low interest rates which are also rigged by the Fed are slowly building up risk. There will be a big kaboom sometime down the road...I don't know when.
