They really got charges? When I was a kid the football coach and wrestling coach would break up fights by force, call the dads asking to keep the boys after school, and let them go a few rounds with thick ass boxing gloves. If you knew two guys that hated each other there was a good chance they'd be best friends by the end middle school.

A soft clarification for the guys looking for ketogains. You need glucose for anabolic prioritization. The body can create its own glycogen with fatty acids and protein, the real trick is to balance to types of fats you're eating. Grain-fed and processed meats have a ratio of almost 50:1 omega-6 to omega-3. TL;DR Eat more eggs, green veges, fish, and nuts than red meat at a caloric ratio of roughly 3:1.

Lean Ground Turkey: Most cost effective way to get protein with low fat The only reason you should avoid fat is if you're on a very tight caloric budget, and with proper exercise, you're not. Lowfat or Fat Free Free yogurt: Amazing and quick source of protein Lowfat or Fat Free Free yogurt quick source of protein What the fuck? LowFat or Fat Free Cottage Cheese: Amazing source of quick protein. I repeat. What the fuck? Cutting fat doesn't help you lose fat. Eating at a caloric deficit does, peri…

But the Woman that God gave him, every fibre of her frame Proves her launched for one sole issue, armed and engined for the same; And to serve that single issue, lest the generations fail, The female of the species must be deadlier than the male (Kipling, The Female of The Species) Highly recommended poem.

In any event, whichever system performs the best and is most adaptable to unforeseen circumstances will achieve dominance. This understanding of ideology is capitalistic in nature and relies on self determination and personal responsibility to succeed. Two things which cannot exist in an authoritarian state for none but its ruler(s). Should the world at large entirely throw out the idea of helping their fellow man Is being forced to work on someone's behalf helping your fellow man? State enforce…

mitigated by easing into ketosis I've found that 0 carb is better to suppress my appetite from day one but if you've got the discipline to ease in, go for it. There are no drawbacks to the effectiveness of the diet or your health.

Your body has an exaggerated inflammatory response while it's switching from using your intake as fuel to your stored fat. You don't have that same problem while IN ketosis. Low blood sugar(before ketosis) = Insulin resistance = How diabetics react to low blood sugar Insulin resistance --> Inflammatory response Inflammatory response --> improper repair of muscle tissue When your body enters ketosis it will no longer have the exaggerated inflammatory response and you can get back in the gym.

Meats that haven't been blended or have added sugar. A lot of lunch meats have added sugar and are just an amalgamation of animal parts. Bologna, hotdogs, brats filled with things, can end up putting someone on keto way over their carb budget because they thought "meat can't have carbs!". It's not hard to find non-processed hotdogs and bologna, it's just something someone doing keto on a low budget should be aware of.

http://bodyinbalance.com/856/muscular-injury-pain-muscle-healing/ In a similar manner, for your muscles to function properly, all of their fibers need to be aligned in the same direction. When you have a muscle that has been injured however, the initial repair process creates a “patch” of random scar tissue fibers. Like a weak link in a chain, the random alignment of these new fibers becomes a “weak link” in your muscle, leaving it highly susceptible to re-injury For an injured muscle to regain …

On one hand, with no verification, it's just dick waving. On the other hand, posting an image of a degree with a timestamp is the most uncool thing I can think of in a comment. "Look at how much effort I put into this internet comment that four people will see." Rough stuff.

I have lived on keto for the majority of my life, so I can share some insight. I'm also old(60's). Being on no-carb and shifting into low-carb once you're at your target weight is the secret to living it. There are two major axioms no matter what your level of carb intake is. No bread, ever. Flour has sodium-bromide as a rising agent, which competes with Iodine in the thyroid(along with fluoride, which is in your water if you're American) to reduce metabolic function and cause adrenal issues. Ne…

I'm an old guy that's been married to the same woman since our early twenties. I'm new to this philosophy, so bare with me. My wife came from a conservative family headed by her Catholic father that looked like a bear, worked like an ox, and sounded like a lion. Her whole family is/was wholesome and respected their roles. Her and I dated young married at 19/16 at the request of her father who I worked for. She's smarter than me by a country mile, holds her end of a conversation well, and(as far …

I doubt it was any kind of martyrdom. He's probably got a gig set up somewhere else and just wanted to flash the left's own insanity back at them on his way out.
