3	Just happened to a friend of mine lmao I agree. When a man works in a female dominated field such as nursing or education he will be paid poorly. When a woman works the exact same role as a man she will be paid the same. Those jobs pay less than male dominated jobs, meaning that women on average will earn less than men. All because they are "women's jobs". A woman working as (say) a financial consultant might earn the same as her male peer, by and large, women are less likely to get higher paid roles in male dominated fields.	/r/PussyPassDenied	25/04/21 11:47 AM

1	Just happened to a friend of mine lmao This fact can be read either way though. Are women drawn to work that provides less value and are therefore paid less? Or is there a cultural bias towards considering traditionally female types of work as providing less value than traditionally male roles? Why should jobs such as nursing, education, and daycare be so low paying when they provide critical value to society and businesses?
