This, like any label, is an ad hominem attack. The person, by using it, admits that they are not confident in the strength of their argument or position on the topic(s) at hand. They are attempting to dominate using shame. They want to put you on the defensive. They are usually not worth the effort to respond to. Let them think they won, who cares. Karma will sort it out in the end.

In nine months it will have been 25 years, an entire generation, exposed to the myth of the stupid and lazy man that is Homer Simpson. Desensitized conditioning of what to expect of men by anyone female or young. I enjoyed watching it until I realized the poison pill that came with it. When everyone else expects us to be idiots and treats us like idiots, guess what, a lot of us will just go along with the program. Trying to recondition everyone around us can seem overwhelming.
