That was also from a time after monogamy was no longer an institution. Im talking about pre- sexual revolution monogamy. Where people married for life and divorces were rare. If we go further back , marriages were arranged. Then there really was no competition as you just get married to someone in your social class, ehich would be decided by the 2 families.

I don't need to learn things from emotionally abusive men. But you can. They are far better with women than simps. I already know how to maintain a long-term relationship. Too soon to say, especially if you simp. At least simps sometimes know how to respect women. Lol 🤣🤣. Women like men who they percieve to be "above" them. Simping makes sure that that isnt the case. Thats why simps get dumped or cheated on. The problem with simps is that they dont know what is attractive to women.

Once the concept of monogamy went away it became a competition. What is unexpected honestly?

Relationship: if you do things for her when she doesnt do the same thats simping. Lets say you always buy chocolates or flowers for her but she never does something like that, its simping. I was with a girl for a while and i knew she liked a certain type of chocolate, so i would buy it before i went to her place. She would do the same for me. Which was unnecessary because i didnt like that chocolate. She could have gotten me something else that i liked , but thats irrelevant. Point is she would …

But not everyone is like that, and some people are very generous with compliments and lifting others up. I have no problem with compliments. My issue is when people make underhanded disses disguised as compliments. I feel lucky to have my husband, and lucky to have my job, my parents, my friends. Thats great, but how would you feel if a coworker told you you are lucky to have this job. What if your boss said that, Now , it becomes different, right? Its not bad to say that to a partner. But a thi…

Nope that is a wrong line of thinking. There are times when you dont need to care. For example if people just comment on your social media, or write stupid messages. In those cases you are untouchable so there is no need to engage and waste your time. Or if someone just walks by and makes a stupid comment, you dont really have to address it. Its why celebs dont care about regular folks who have beef with them. Because they are (almost) untouchable. But when someone says or does something to you …

Nah man. Simping is not just complimenting. Simping is going out of your way to make a woman seem above you. Compliments are just compliments. And simping WILL backfire on you in the longterm. But I also don't think that it is a good dynamic when a woman wants to simp for a man and the man treats that woman poorly. Thats actually a better dynamic than simping. Simps get dumped, those guys dont get dumped. This is why its important to understand the psychology of women, you guys clearly dont get …

You are really letting your insecurities overcomplicate things here I think; Nope, i dont have insecurities like that. I am just well aware of sneak disses. Its not a compliment. Trust me. if another guy is saying you are lucky to have your amazing, beautiful gf then why do you assume he’s insulting you? Because he is. No doubt about it. If she is there he is also lowkey hitting on her. That might fly with some of the softer folks here but im anything but soft. Lol i had plenty of friends and wa…

In two words: double standards. Irl though, i have found that not THAT many women use sex toys. Its not as common as some of you may think. So if thats a dealbreaker for you, its not hard to find a woman who doesnt have/use toys.

Being with a man who doesn't adore me and doesn't show me how special and important I am would make me miserable. You can do that without putting the woman on a pedestal.

I would think MOST guys would feel lucky to be dating a hot girl, No. Thats how you lose her. Why would you feel lucky? You have her, you are with her, so you deserve her. Simple. But idgaf what guys think about their gf, the only time i will make fun of a guy is if he turns that on me. If he says that I am lucky to be with a girl, yeah thats just asking for it.

Why do you mock people all the time? Because its funny. I dont mock people for no reason, i do it to people who go out of their way to embarrass themselves. Girls find it funny because they think the same. Is it hard to inagine that when you are out with someone and someone does something hillariously stupid its funny to the both of you? People do it all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/21 11:45 AM

The first one is simping, second is not. Simping is when you treat a girl as if she is in a class above you. Being polite is not simping.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/21 11:42 AM
1

There is a difference there. If you saw comments like " you are a goddess, your ass is out of this world..." on a female friends instagram , you dont find it hillarious? I laugh about such shit with my guys too. When people act out of character like that its funny. Its just that women normally dont embarrass themselves like this as much as guys do. But there are women thirsting on certain insta pages too.

Its not "degrading" someone, its making fun of them. And when someone does something so weird and unbecoming, its deserved. Its just like how girls make fun of thirsty dudes in their dms or comments. I find it funny too. Sad for those guys, but it is funny. They do it to thenselves. I have to ask if you think it's an insult when someone comments , "damn your cats is so nice you're a lucky guy" or equivalent or is it only with women? I disagree. I was a late bloomer when it came to women, i had my first sexual experience in my early 20s. I went on a roll after, but even before i got laid i never simped. I always thought i was ridiculous and unbecoming. I think its is a mindset. If you simp out of desperation that is still weak minded. You can decide to not put yourself down.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/21 10:46 AM

I understand that there will be simps but my point is simping is pointless. Its not helping your chances, its hurting your chances. Its just confirming to her that she is better than you. Which means she can do better. At least if you dont simp, regardless of where you stand in the market you keep some respect.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/21 10:44 AM

Nope its not wrong. Its not a compliment, its a lowkey disrespect. And no man should encourage that nonsense. Maybe you are just not used to subliminal messaging. But to think that is a compliment is ridiculous. Its not. Idk if you made this scenario up or not but i never had that experience with women. I talk shit about these lame men and losers all the time and all the girls find it funny. A lot of the time they start with that topic too. This particular question is just an example, it didnt h…

Makes me suspect that that whole "brain maturation" line is just empty moral posturing meant to avoid addressing the actual points and resort instead to emotional appeal. Thats exactly what it is. 18 yo is the accepted age of maturity in most places. What you do after or with whom is irrelevant as long as the other person is also an adult and into it.

Well here is the thing, i think given that the guy is 42, he probably doesnt care. I dont think it is too soon. And he probably doesnt either. As for wether he will wait or not, that depends on the guy. But i would think at 42, most guys are well aware of what they want. I dont think adjusting your behaviour will have an impact on how he sees the relationship. Although for younger guys, in general it does. If you sleep with a guy early many younger guys will be less likely to consider you for a …

So they start in the shallows because they believe.. They can’t swim? They know they cant swim. They practice in the shallows so that they get better..same with everything else. Now you are just arguing semantics. Im talking about how to apply it practically. Practice however doesn’t beget belief. Yes it does.

Clearly you have zero experience with daygaming. No guy who picks up women has a defeatist attitude like you. Guys in tinder dont even have a chance to show their personality. Pixels cant compete with a real person right infront of her.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/09/21 10:26 AM

When you do anything for the first time; do you first believe you can do it? Or is there doubt? Thats my point. No one believes that they can swim before ever doing so. So you practice. You may start shallow. Or with a trainer. And you develop belief through practice. You are only confident in something that you know you can do. And develiping that takes practice and repetition. There are no confident swimmers who never stepped into water before. There are no confident drivers who never touched …

On the other hand, if he desires sex with hot women, he does have the option of paying a prostitute. He could do thay from time to time as an adult. It has a bad rep, but its a profession and it will satisfy a need.

Well i dont want to be mean to my friend, but the dude is 5'6". And he is a 4/10 "at best". He bangs girls who would be considered 7s and 8s. He just has amazing game. Id its a case of not liking the conversation , i would suggest to find crowds that talk about things you do find interesting. If you are just hestitant to talk i would just say practice more and try to find fun in banter/teasing. About 99: of girls enjoy light banter when done at a time they are relaxed.

if you are automatically disqualified (cut) before you even get your turn at bat due to sub-alpha looks or status, then she's never going to even evaluate your "game". Yup then you just move on to the next. I have had over 30 women and i have had probably 300 to 400 rejections. Of course not everyone will be open to you. Some very good points. Masculinity is derided to the degree that if you have a modicum of self confidence; you’re going to beat out other guys. This is so true. Maybe thats why its so easy to daygame. There is literally almost no competition. Night game at least has some competition. You wrote some things i hadnt expressed in my post but you are correct. You need to have self belief first. My point though is that you can develop that through practice. You cant develop that sitting at home.

Some good points. But in my experience i dont think women watch porn as often or as much as men. And yeah it seems to affect guys more maybe because its catered to be more addictive go men. And i dont think guys dont want a romantic relationship, most do or some just want casual sex. The majority of heterosexual men do want intimacy from women. I agree with you on everything else.

Yeah i understand that this might be a lot harder for autistic people. I've known numerous men who are, to put it bluntly, losers. They don't have a job, spend their lives abusing alcohol and drugs, and most of the time, aren't very good looking. They have no problem finding girlfriends, even multiple women they cheat on their partner with and somehow convince her she was the one to blame. About as far from a hvm as you can get. Its only weird if you havent tried it before. Once you start doing it you realize how much better it is. You really dont have much to loose. Comparatively it seems like such a hassle.

I am currently not in any monogamous relationship. I am seeing 2 girls regularly. We dont do much outside of hanging out, talking, going out when we can, and having sex. If i were to judge it neutrally, both of them do a lot more for me than i do for them. You could call me overconfident, but i do feel pretty secure. If they were unsatisfied they could have left at any time. But if they do its no big deal , ill just get back in the game.

Why would they not focus on who they perceive to be the most desirable men they have access to? As it happens though, given everyone is playing the same game, this has led to a lot of women seeking a very small pool of guys (generally speaking). Dude this is way overblown. You can go out and score a girl easily. You dont need to be a top guy. I mean i do it and i dont even have an income. Which is apparently the pillar of being a hvm.

Even with the changes, its still easy to get girls. I have no trouble getting girls and neither do any of my friends. One thing we all have in common is that we are all good at talking to girls. They have enough emotional intelligence to understand each other, enough social skills to interact successfully with each other, and so on. Its very easy for men to understand each other because we are all men. Its harder to understand a woman, a child, an older person , a person from a different background, different country etc. Thats why i said men need to build up their social skills. When you talk and interact more often with more people you will learn to connect with and to understand peop…

They do a lot more than just compliment her about her hotness.

You’re already saying that they are hot. Yeah, so? Im describing a person. Im tall. So? Whats the big deal? The many simps just lets them know how hot they are. No they are not. Simps make them think they are better than others or more important than others. They are not. They are only hot. That in itself means nothing. I bang hot girls all the time. I have banged even more average girls. Hot girls arent all that. The problem is that the simps make them feel as if they are a lot more than what t…

I still think hot women eith many simps are the most delusional.

So basically they are delusional. I wouldnt say it applies to all though. We have to place some blame on the simps too. They are the ones making them delusional. There is a relationship between the number of simps and a woman's delusion.

My whole identity is "toxic masculinity". And irl i have no issues with women. Yet i fit the definition perfectly. These terms are just stupid. But they are funny though.

Well you cant say that you are definitely the best for sure but if you are very experienced (i am) you can kinda tell by the girls reaction. And if that enthusiasm matches her words. And if she had a low partner count before, you could assume that. Personally i dont really commit, so its not a big deal to me. But i dont really keep banging a girl if she isnt feeling it or if she isnt very attracted to me. Btw You do not ask your wife for a paternity test. Thats actually pretty meta advice coming…

Dudes are just going to have to deal with it. Lol no. If i had a small dick i would only ever be with a virgin. Simple. I am fairly big but im not messing with any sizequeens.

Being a "good sex partner" is a necessity to every man. I would never be with a woman unless i am the best she ever had.

Is that like a superwoman?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/08/21 03:21 PM

Cap. The problems with men and women on height are completely different. With men its just a competition thing. With women its a selection thing. If you are short, you can still make male friends and be successful. Its not common for men to dismiss a guy entirely for his height. But when it comes to dating, a lot of women will do exactly that. Ask the short guys here how they feel. Ask your brother actually. Luckily my genes made me tall. I dont have to deal with that issue.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
