You might be right or wrong, but having politicians decide what universities can research is fundamentally opposed to the scientific method.

Politicians: Bans someone from doing research This sub: Now that is great science cause I dont like what they were saying

I agree, since one of them is a phD candidate for the 2019 job market, it is unlikely he will continue at Harvard since it is good practice to try different research environments. What you meant however, was a bunch of BS about people being fired for fighting the good cause. Which is (mostly) BS, stop undermining science with your snide comments.

Yes and stop making comments like that undermining science by implying that they would be fired for producing research contrary to your world view.

I like this sub for a different perspective on equal rights, but if breitbart is the type of source we are good with then count me somewhere else.

I think one utterly deceitfull image was enough. While the point is fair, your graph is like something out of the classic How to lie with statistics book”.

Yeah but the scales on that graph sure as hell does

There being fewer femsle doctors means that it is easier to get more extreme results. Without knowing the context, that could be the argument and it is mathematically correct. Think of comparing averages of dice, one is thrown three times and the other two hundred. The first once will have higher variance.

Is it legal for insurance companies to ask for race and religion?

His pediatrician started to talk about it and I stopped him: "Give it to him. No arguments here." You.. did not want to hear your own doctors information about how to treat your childs health and you are proud of it? I mean feel free to disagree with him but hear him out for fuck sake.

Some central arguments he pointed out Pay gap is only when you average over all men/women When you account for profession and so on there is no significant pay gap If women inherently were ok with accepting a lower wage, companies would strive to hire them and cut their cost 20% over night

I dont think she is, but she should cite sources in the video. The burden of proof is on her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
