I'm pretty sure being raised by a single mother is a better prediction of a fucked up life over being raised by a single father. However that could be a filtering bias; if someone was a single father they typically have to have a clean criminal record, no drug/alcohol abuse, demonstrate an ability to provide a loving environment, and have to really want the kid since they have to usually fight so hard for custody. Actually there isn't any correlation to meaningful weight loss. There have been no clinical trails that show more exercise leads to meaningful fat loss (5 lbs a year when you're 50 lbs overweight is not meaningful).
