3	Birth control under the ACA I agree. Isn't there a male contraceptive that is being developed but isn't on the market yet? It'd be good too if it was used in men's health as medicine in conjunction to contraception. 1	I'm just in awe of the negative opinions people have about "financial abortions" or signing away parental rights. I don't get why it's so polarizing? I consider myself a feminist (and an egalitarian concerned with intersectionality) and I agree. Men should have the ability to walk away. Both parties have their own wants and can act accordingly with knowledge of the other parties position. 1	New feminist meme: "What's good for women is what's good for men" I view patriarchy as an abstract placement of power/privilege, not an attack on actual people but on the conceptual placement of where power is (however it is physically visible in who holds really high level positions of power). It is like a tug of war, but the goal is for the rope knot to reach the center. It was the norm for men to be the hunters, men to be the business men, men making all the decisions, etc. It was only very recently that women got to vote or even work. A century ago a women would be destitute otherwise. In the modern world both men and women should do all those things and a lot of progress has been made. Women are still seen as socially inferior. -1	New feminist meme: "What's good for women is what's good for men" I think if MRA's (who throughout ALL of history have been the majority, dominant in the status quo) worked to solve or be the spokesman of women's issues together with feminists, then a lot of egalitarian feminists (which seems to be the majority and sane part of the group) would not only feel less frightened or threatened from the patriarchy and, in result of their comrades, would fight hard for MRA's issues (I know I would).
