To improve ones mental state/get unbiased professional opinions - you notice you don’t like the way you feel so you attend therapy. You need to know what you want out of therapy in order for it to be successful. For example, I explained to my therapist that I’m more dissociative than i’m not, so I was given techniques to help re-associate. I explain if there’s a situation that’s happened that I can’t manage to get out of my mind, so we do thinks to help my brain process those events. There are m…

See, that would be a funny deprecating joke! Although I don’t actually live in a trailer park my friends and I joke around that I would fit into the trailer park stereotype perfectly fine if I happened to live in one. I’m not sure why people are getting poking at me on a forum about learning the art of seduction, for offering tips about seduction?

To degrade is to treat or regard (someone) with contempt or disrespect. I would feel disrespected if someone started “teasing” me about being ‘ditzy’.

I’m sure even people with high levels of self esteem don’t want to be degraded (especially in a lying manner?) I’m able to form meaningful connections with others without poking at their characteristics
