I'm curious why you went to a psychiatrist in the first place? You also write in a peculiar manner. Are you from the US, or is English not your first language?

No, I've talked to a lot of psychiatrists and psychologists, they're all shit and stupid. What makes you think "they're all shit and stupid"?

I never had much of a social life, generally unsuccessful in life and social life. This is why you hate women. You're a loser and instead of doing something with your life, you despise people that don't want to be around you.

The point about behavioural therapy that OP made is important though. While some therapists will want to help you resolve your problems by "digging in the past" (psychotherapy) make sure that your therapist is experienced with and not in any way biased against cognitive behavioural (eg exposure) therapy. It should be left up to the therapist to pick the type of therapy, but many therapists "believe" in one type of therapy over the other. I'm not trying to say that exposure therapy is what's righ…

They don't know who they are or what they want. They'll be completely different people in 5 years. Great point - and it applies to OP too! Which is exactly why you are right that he should relax and focus on developing as a person.

Girls that look extremely good are approached every day on the street, girls that look below average are perhaps not even hit on in pubs. So what she looks like affects how used she is to hearing pick up lines, to assuming guys are just hitting on her for her looks, what kind of guy she believes she deserves, etc. (This is probably culture dependent, so I have no idea how applicable this is in Bulgaria.) The PUA tactics people describe on seddit are tailred for the 9/10 and 10/10 girls, the kind…

It's hard to say, lack of dating enexperience, young, lack of confidence, could be one of them or a mix. I'm not sure how valuable it is to speculate about it though. While others might disagree, I think the first date ought to be just you two. At least if you are just getting started, things are much more predictable when it's just the two of you. That way you are clear on your intentions and she recognizes the assumptions of the date just by showing up.

Sounds to me like the girl you were interested in became insecure from the lack of attention and your flirting with her friends? Could explain why she said she didn't know where she had you. Your last paragraph also suggests that this girl doesn't get daily attention from guys (you say she's not "hot"), which would explain why lack of attention makes her insecure instead of more interested. The girls that aren't used to attention from guys tend to need more reassurance, they don't find the lack …

From a physiological point of view, your strategy with women in bars might be a bit off. A lot of research has shown that exposure to treat phobias/anxiety will have almost no effect on the anxiety if you have had more than half a drink. (No citation here, was told this at a cocktail party by a professor in PTSD) You still get a "cognitive behavioral" effect on the anxiety because you learn, rationally, that you actually can approach women, but this effect is very slow. Going without alcohol wil…

How many times have you been rejected when going in for a kiss? Are you even trying to kiss them? You need to give us more information on how you actually behave around the women you are trying to seduce. It's impossible to give advice (a solution) without having enough information to deduce what you're doing wrong (the problem).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
