I always saw that the older men did not take women seriously and did not listen to them. They were totally unaffected by the words. I think i understand now why. Even a young woman i know once said "why do you take the things i say so seriously". My first thought is : What the hell do we have words for if we don't mean what we say? If you don't mean it then don't say it.

There is no point in staying, you have done your task. No reason to waste any resources(time, energy) on her anymore.

handing commitment out so easily after asking would be the same as a girl handing out herself easily just after the nice guy asking. just the thought of her doing that makes me feel disgusted of her.

if you are talking how much better you are or the best, or why you are different then it is obvious. if you are talking about why you like your interest,or what it makes you feel like then i would consider it neutral.

do you expect her to tell you the real number even if she herself lost count or doesn't count things you would? by asking this question you enter a no win situation - either she tells you the real number and this happens https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCLYDpNwvlw , your reaction teaches her if she will reveal that number again to someone else she plays it down and you don't get the truth. you can't trust her after.

I think TLDR applies to men too. The ability to switch from leading to listening like a "follower" is a part of emotional intelligence.

You are applying men's thinking and expecting she will use the same rationale. Women are ruled by emotions, and could very well not give a damn about the kids (in the moment she makes her decision). She could view the kids as a weapon against you(in the moment,to achieve what she wants). She can as well think her new guy will be a better father to her kids. Later the consequences of her actions will expose the reality to her and then she will understand or deceive herself otherwise.

She had a different mental model of him which excited her. Showing the wealth shattered that mental model.

Making big changes is comprised of many small steps. One small realization can snowball into an avalanche of enlightenment.

is it correct to say that her choice to reject you is not an objective measurement of your fitness ? if so, then how could you measure your fitness?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
