Great job, dude! Everything starts in small steps. Just keep at it.

When you're sleepy or whatever and have a hot bath, you're still half-asleep (if you know what I mean). Cold showers will awaken your body 100% and will really make you alert and mindful for challenges you face throughout your day. Try it now.

I was out all day today with my friends and I kinda met a lot of new people. Let's see how things go haha. Thanks a lot man!

I did have something like this in mind prior. But, I didn't go with this approach cause I just wanted to see how it felt to just go guns blazing. Thanks for the feedback though!

Yeah, cant argue with that now that I think of it. The nervousness I felt in the situation really made me say just whatever. But, I will do my best to be more mindful. Thanks!

It felt like I grew up a bit in just a short period of time. It's a funny little feeling. Thanks a lot for the encouragement!

Will definitely keep posting. I plan to approach a lot more in the coming weeks. Thanks a lot bro!

Glad to hear that man. Thank you so much!

The funniest part was she was like consoling me a bit cause she probably felt bad for rejecting me. I kept telling her its really okay and that I understand, but she was patting my shoulder and telling me "I'm really sorry, don't feel bad". That part felt worse than the rejection cause I felt like she was taking pity on me like I was some little kid. LOL

I didn't bother taking her number cause I was more eager to just ask her out directly instead. I will definitely do this next time on another approach though. Thank you!

You should have seen me. I was smiling when she said "No". It was like I was expecting the worst, but it really wasn't as bad as what I thought it was. And thank you!

Thank you so much man! I was so close to chickening out but my brain was just so sick of me being such a fucking pussy that I just went ahead and said it anyways.

I feel this might really work. Thank you!

Lol, my buddy mentioned that. I told him about this and he said that she's probably been pumped and dumped by some dude and is still thinking about him. Yeah, huge possibility! But not my problem anymore.

No, I met her 2 days ago. She started talking to me and I got to know her a little bit actually before asking her out.

Yes, I thought the same thing when she said those words. I'll still keep friendly relations with her for as long as my classes last. No idea if things will change, but I'm not gonna lose sleep over it. "I'm not ready" = "not ready for you"

One of the main reasons I asked her out is cause she's not in my building, no mutual friends, etc. Nobody knows her and these classes are getting over in a few weeks. I really don't mind talking to her again and I definitely wont avoid her. But, I'm not gonna be a time ho.

Yes! I totally agree. It was quite intimidating for me to take charge for for some reason. I kinda did feel like a wuss when I asked her for permission. Really not used to being a leader in situations in life, but I'll do my best man. Thanks!

Solid advice! I can easily talk to people and what not, but this interaction made me especially uncomfortable. I was really nervous and she probably felt it from miles away. My mind just kinda shut off and I forgot about all the stuff that I read here lol. I'm gonna keep trying, cause it honestly wasn't too bad a thing to go through. It was more scarier in my head than the real thing. Thanks for the feedback dude! Means a lot.

Thanks man! It means a lot. I do appreciate your encouragement, but I would generally write her off until she makes a move back. I'm just gonna move on to other things in life. Sure, I'll still talk to her like before, but I wont keep any more expectations if she'll change her mind.

Haha yeah, I totally get what you mean. I was actually very eager to just ask out somebody cause I had never done it before. Didn't really plan at all or give a shit about the nuances cause I just wanted that nagging feeling in my head to finally rest easy. Yes, your approach does make sense. I didn't really care about her being comfortable in the situation, for I was rather selfish in the interaction. Good advice though, thank you!

My friend suggested this actually. He said I should talk to her a little more and then suggest we hang out. Honestly, I found it a bit confusing to strike a balance between hanging out as a friend and hanging out with someone you're into. I went guns blazing cause I wanted to be clear in my intentions. Obviously, my general approach does require a lot of work. Thanks for the feedback nevertheless.

Thanks man! I would be lying to myself and wasting my time if I said "Yes".

It doesn't really affect me. You should understand that music in general is fantasy. When I listen to music, I know that it is for my entertainment only. Also, artists write BP songs primarily because they know it will sell.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
