It's not a false accusation of rape. If a person tricks another person into having sex that is rape. Specifically lying to someone to have sex with them is a cowardly thing to do.

Your point would make sense if pregnancy was an affliction that just happened to women rather than the result of her own bad decisions. It's their bad decision, not just the woman's.

You're right, it's complicated, the major point was what a larger percent of reported rapes are false; news outlets talk about how few rapes in India get prosecuted, and this explains away a huge portion - they ended in marriage instead. I'm not sure if that's true. I can't imagine there is a high percentage of men that run off and then come back and actually get married when they get charged. What's more likely is that those men just run off and the police can't find them. And while I agree it'…

Sexual attraction does not make the price difference ok and it's not even the true reason the difference exists anyway. If it was a man would get "the ladies" price because he is going in there with his girlfriend or wife.
