I live (and travel) alone as well. It never ceases to amaze me the things that couples find to argue and bicker about. Every functional bachelor or bachelorette that I know manages to pay their bills, maintain their homes and cars, schedule their vacations, prepare their meals, launder their clothes, feed their pets and pretty much every other adult task. And if they don't do it themselves they can pay a professional to do it (mostly in the cases of automobile maintenance and home repair). But a…

Oh, I know. I'm a black man born and raised in the south. The difference between a pristine southern belle and a mudshark is three Bud Lights.

You're right about that. I'd rather drink a gallon of bleach than enter a LTR but I do travel a lot and you should hear the subtle swipes and pot shots American women take because they suspect I may be ducking down a native on foreign soil. Their arrogance and sense of entitlement is truly laughable

-i was in the military. It was common knowledge that if you drove through on post housing and saw mops hung upside down outside married soldiers quarters it meant the military member (usually the husband) was deployed and his wife was...how do I say this..."open for business". -i guess you could add this to the "pack mule" example above but in college it wasn't uncommon for more attractive female coeds to get their male colleagues to complete assignments for them. Seeing female nature, even from…

I've seen or heard women say and do the following regarding their significant and not so significant others. Context is provided where needed. -multiple bartenders who have customers bring them food. This can range from a number two combo to a home cooked meal. They mock "guys who bring me food" with other bartenders. -current and ex lovers who had short dicks, came too quick, were great at cunnilingus but only because they were overcompensating for the aforementioned short dicks. -married women…

I'm sure it was a broad cross section. I can't imagine a reasonable attractive woman reaching her 30s, which I'm assuming is op's age group, without having been pursued by a few well intentioned men who wanted committed relationships. But it is a meme so I guess all we can truly go on are our own biases, assumptions and anecdotal evidence.

Bottom feeder women can get more dick and low investment attention (catcalls on the street, right swipes on tinder, likes on Facebook etc) but rest assured they aren't getting the high investment attention from top tier or even mid tier men that most women crave deep down inside. I'm MGTOW. There, I said it. But having said it let me also add that plenty of red pilled men in the manosphere have created an alternate reality in their minds about what life is like for the (below) average 252 lb, 32…

47 yo here. I had roommates in the military and my freshman year of college. I've never cohabitated with anyone I was romantically involved with. I've lived alone since my early 30s and wouldn't have it any other way.

I've never been to one. I was stationed overseas for my 10th, I actually paid and planned to go to my 20th but couldn't at the last minute so I gave my ticket to a classmate. My 30th is coming up and I'm considering it.

I can think of a few bigger red flags: -a prison record -multiple illegitimate children -is a Dallas Cowboys fan -constantly badmouths ex(es) without taking any responsibility for previous failed relationships -excessive drug and/or alcohol use/abuse I could think of about a half dozen more but you get the idea.

Ain't that the truth. If I had a dollar for every overbearing extrovert who thought it was his/her duty to "help me break out of my shell" I could retire.
/r/MGTOW206/10/19 12:36 AM

The majority of people lean toward extroversion versus introversion. They need human contact and social interaction because that's how they're hardwired.
/r/MGTOW206/10/19 12:35 AM
1

Really? The majority of American wives divorcing their husbands for financial reasons doesn't prove anything whatsoever? It doesn't prove that getting married, getting divorced and collecting alimony is a financial strategy for most wonen who marry? I'm completely imagining the whole thing, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/19 02:27 AM
1

Everyone has anecdotal evidence that supports their point of view but the numbers don't lie. Fact 1: most marriages end in divorce. Fact 2: the majority of divorces are filed by the wife. Fact 3: most failed marriages fail for financial reasons. There are facts, data and statistics that prove women are hypergamous. And while "trading up for a younger model" is a popular trope I think it occurs a lot less in society than we are led to believe despite your anecdotal (ie not empirical) evidence.

It's very possible to discuss mgtow principles so long as you don't get jargony. Terms like Briffaults Law, hypergamy and gynocentrism don't come up in everyday conversation but terms like gold digger, alimony and crazy bitch certainly do.

Sociopathic people = people with ASPD = impulsive, reckless and with very little control over their behaviour Psychopath = perrson with emotional deficit, controlled, calm, collected with lacking emotional range such as fear, anxiety , love etc etc Where on earth did you get those definitions? Depends on how ugly the onlooking woman is. Based on my entirely unscientific observations your smv will increase more among women who are less attractive than the woman who's giving you the attention. 7s won't be impressed if 5s give you attention but 3s will. The only thing that's likely to lower your smv is your response. Publicly swapping spit with a sea cow will obviously lower your smv.

Divorcing your 40-something wife for a 20-something mistress would be an example of male hypergamy. Don't get me wrong, I think the idea that midde aged men do this en masse is a media fabrication. We all know who files for the majority of divorces (the wife) and we also know what the most common cause of most divorces is (financial) so the numbers clearly indicate that female hypergamy far outweighs male hypergamy. But when male hypergamy does occur it takes the form described above.

Virgin women? By the time most girls become women they've already lost their virginity so finding one will be rare. Go where the youngest of legal age women are and you're likely to have better odds. College freshmen at religious schools maybe.

You have to look to the black community to see what happens, because this has been going on there for far longer. Women have been out earning men there for a long time. That simply isn't true. Source linked below: https://iwpr.org/publications/gender-wage-gap-2018/

Fair enough. But that pretty much confirms that the man's resources, not the man himself, is the primary focus of the woman. And again, if thats your (in the general sense...not necessarily you in particular) mating strategy then best of luck to you. I can't speak for other men but I certainly don't assume that broke men are longing for a wife and I don't know of any other men, broke or otherwise, who think that way. What most men want whether they're broke or not is a steady supply of sex. That could come in the form of a girlfriend, fwb or a number of other non-wife sources. Longing for female companionship =/= longing for a wife necessarily. The complaints about women not taking an intetest in a particular man until he achieves a certain …

I think a lot of folks are glossing over the fact that the OP stated that women's thirst is primarily triggered by men who excel in one of three areas. Focus on the men who excel in those areas and discuss women's attraction (or thirst) for them. I've heard a few stories from men who work as bouncers in nightclubs. Occasionally some nightclubs offer an "all male revue" chippendales type male strip show. I've heard that the way wonen respond to these dancers is ten times worse than even the drunk…

But I'm not the one pretending that women don't give birth. You, on the other hand, ARE asserting that some gender other than men are responsible for the massive infrastructure that we enjoy today. That's the difference.

Second, 99.9999999% of men who’ve ever existed never built, invented, or lead a thing. That may be true about inventing or leading but certainly not building. Railroads, highways, ships, automobiles, planes, electric utility lines, underground water/ sewer pipes, bridges, power plants and virtually every other "dirty job" that makes life more convenient in modern society has always been male dominated. Womem in their 30s dont get rejected in reality. They still have their pick Women in their 30s likely don't get 'rejected' because typically women in their 30s, or women from any age group, aren't the ones doing the approaching. I say typically because there are always rare exceptions. Maybe a better way to describe it would be to say women in their 30s generally get approached by men of a lower status and smv than the men who approached them in their teens and 20s.

I saw this meme in my Facebook feed from a thot who generally wishes herself a happy father's day and shit talks her baby daddy. I'm friends with several couples who became ex couples. Without exception the ex girlfriends went on shit talling tours bad mouthing their ex boyfriends after the break up...in many cases IMMEDIATELY after. The ex boyfriends had very little to say about the relationships or why they failed. Their responses were almost always some version of "she's a great girl but it didn't work out...I wish her the best".
