In what world is it ok to spray someone with pepper spray who hasn't touched you or even threatened to touch you? Yeah, if someone sprays me with pepper spray, I am going to defend myself.

Yeah. Seems I'm now in downvoteland so oh well.

I'm ok with a chuckle at how dumb this is, but "disgusting bitch" might be a tad too much.

Why in the hell would they decide to spend $144 million on this film? Who made that ace decision?

You are no different than the social justice warriors and white knights that Notch tears apart in his tweets. The more downvotes I receive on this thread, the more valid you make this point. Don't be that guy. Thanks.

Holy shit. All of you are getting upset at me saying something when I suppose I should have added a "haha" at the end. There is no tone in text. If we were in public and I said it with a smile on my face, like a joke, you'd understand. Come on reddit...

Guys. All of you. I said it with a joking tone. If we were all sitting around in public and you saw me saying it, smiling, you'd understand and laugh it off. I wasn't at a podium trying to give a serious speech. I'm not attempting to be a SJW. There's no tone in text. It's a joke.

Holy crap you guys are touchy. I said it with a bit of a joking tone, not serious. Is this how you guys respond to jokes around people in-person? Edit: Downvoting this too? Guys Jesus Christ. Notch said all the right things to those idiots on Twitter. I was joking a bit.

Whoa whoa wait. You misunderstood my tone. I wasn't being completely serious. I said it with kind of a joking smile on my face, not with a serious SJW face. If I said it in public you'd laugh it off because you'd see my expression.

I always thought the same thing when people would start throwing whiteboy around. Right but like, I think we kind of deserve it for our shitty ancestors. Not for too much longer, but being called a few names isn't that bad considering the past. Edit: Wowwwwww. Guys. I said it with a joking tone. There's no tone in text so it didn't come across. I should have added "haha" after the word "ancestors". You guys are so concerned with zinging someone that you didn't consider I might be just saying it …

Right. When the internet came along, people saw cheap opportunities for money, looked at the consequences, shrugged and went for the money. They did they even though it takes advantage of easily influenced people for advertising revenue. It sucks.

For far left/right -ists, the problem is that they have siloed themselves so that they only see what they want to see on platforms such as Facebook. Hide all of the pages that don't agree with your views, and Like the ones you do enjoy, then remove any friends who disagree with you and keep the ones that agree, and that's it... you're siloed. I spent several days/weeks writing and editing this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZlxLKT6LEg.

The Washington Post gives her an opportunity to write an article but I can't get anyone from any major publication to respond on Twitter or by email to discuss the rise in political clickbait? Side note: I created this short essay video about this event.

Yeah like Saturday night comes and you're ready for a date with her, then she stays over (because alcohol) and the next day she latches on to you and says she wants to do a bunch of stuff with you all day Sunday. The horror.

Well think of it kind of like /r/nottheonion. For some reason all you need to do is find an article with a wacky headline and apparently that's the same style as The Onion. Anything works. I don't get it either.

Really it's the extremes that we like to see. The women with extreme feminist views and the men who are all about "men's rights". About 99% of the rest of us are not in either of these groups, but that fraction of 1% gets all the attention because it's "interesting".

Huge store. I've passed it many times but never gone inside. I don't think that a cancer men get needs to "compete" for ad space during the month designated for breast cancer awareness for women (yes, I'm aware that a very small percent of men experience it too), but it's still good to see this.

But as men in this subreddit we have to get angry about everything and be just as mad and annoying as extreme feminists!

Whoa whoa whoa... we want to help this guy win the debate, but no one said anything about giving her a thought seizure / brain explosion. Let's not get violent now.

No, that's the classic woman line when a woman is debating with a man. It's always "ok, if you're going to yell, we can discuss this later" even though you weren't even close to the volume or energy that defines yelling. It's the classic horseshit response when you've made an excellent point about the debate and she knows it, so instead of her saying "oh, I didn't see it that way", in order to "win" the debate, she asks you to calm down. Don't become her.

She reminds me of the hopelessly retarded people on Facebook who will never, ever budge from their political leanings. No matter what... the left or the right is always wrong, and they repeat talking points and other bullshit from cable news and political radio. FUCK. People like this who are so ignorant make me angry. I no longer respond to them. I used to be baited into conversation. Rule: Don't waste your time!

Holy shit. I thought this would be fake. I usually don't post much on this subreddit, but in the months I've been subscribed, this is one of the worst things I've seen.
